I have just read your article http://dailyheraldtribune.com/PrintArticle.aspx?e=2473290 about City Hall's $5.7 million wireless master plan that will bring Wi-Fi to city facilities, eventually creating a wireless network across Grande Prairie.

I find it hard to believe that elected Grande Prairie officials could act so recklessly and not consider the adverse health effects that this decision may cause. If this plan is implemented it could cause very serious harm to the health of citizens of Grand Prairie. Wi Fi works by transmitting and receiving strong signals of microwave radiation. The serious adverse health effects of microwave radiation have been known for over sixty years. This form of electrical pollution should not be allowed, to put your entire community at such risk.

I have attached sixteen documents, which will help to show you the danger of Wi Fi, among those documents are many references to scientific studies. I trust that you will notify the public of these dangers as soon as possible.

This cancer expert is failing to consider the most important thing about cancer treatment - do not send the patient back to the conditions that caused the cancer. There is no mention about the possible triggers of the cancer in the home, the environment or the workplace. As long as cancer experts fail to monitor the cause of cancer, whether it be chemical, electro magnetic radiation or other causes, their patients will continue to re-develop the illness.

This story gives me more questions than answers.

"We are witnessing a giant biological experiment, where people voluntarily set up as laboratory animals. Three-quarters of Earth's population use mobile phones. Kraft ointment comes from the Swedish professor and brain surgeon Leif Salford at the University Hospital in Lund. His research shows that even tiny doses of microwave rays damages cells in the brain.

Since 1988, Salford and his colleagues exposed laboratory otter for mobile radiation, and they found that the radiation is causing leakage through the so-called blood-brain barrier. Blood vessels in the brain is closer than the walls of blood vessels elsewhere in the body, and this blood-brain barrier is a protection against viruses and other harmful substances from penetrating the brain. The researchers in Lund could prove that the albumin had penetrated the brain of rats. Albumin is a protein found in blood, but normally do not need the blood-brain barrier. And albumin in brain tissue is a sign that the brain, at least for a while, has lost some of its protection.

Low doses

The experiments in Lund showed that just 15 minutes' exposure to a normal mobile phone could cause albuminlekkasje to the brain. Plus: One single two-hour irradiation was NOK to open the blood-brain barrier in up to 14 days. Autopsies after 28 days and 50 days showed that up to 2prosent of rats brain cells were damaged in the areas of the brain which are concerned with learning, memory and movement to do.

But the most sensational of the studies in Lund's results show that the lower the radiation effect is, the greater the albuminlekkasjen. Limits for exposure to the head is 2Watt pr.kilo. Professor Salford research has shown that the harmful effects on brain cells occurs at the low irradiation as 0.00004 Watts pr.kilo.

-It appears that proteins and perhaps toxins can go from the blood and the brain when the mobile phone is active. And this effect is stronger the lower the radiation is. In our experiment, there were fewer than 50prosent of rats that received such albuminlekkasje. Why this happens, we do not know. But in 22 years, we have shown - with rats - and nothing happens in the brain, says Professor Salford.

It is not safe to use mobile phone. There are a number of biological effects of this radiation, including the risk of brain tumor is only one.

-How likely is it that the same effect will occur in the human brain?
