Something is ...strange in Apple land

The new iPhone 4 - (notice that 4G is not there) is released. It's making waves all over the internet but not good ones. Steve jobs is telling the world not to hold the phone!

If you don't hold the phone in your hand you will have better reception. If you hold the phone in a certain way that shorts out the new aerial - you will loose your connection!

The people at apple could not be that DUMB. Perhaps Apple is coming out to show the world that you can't hold the phone because the radiation will go right into your body. A perfect demonstration. Make them addicted to the devise and then tell them NOT to touch the aerial. Show it too them. Don't hide it inside the phone any longer.

And they dropped the WIMAX part of the phone. There is no G4 and that's WIMAX.

Could it be that Steve is going to set new health standards by showing that you can't hold the phone. That you have to use a headset to get it to work properly?

And no G4? Rogers said that it is not going to invest into G4 networks.

It turns out the new 4G iPhone has an antenna that surrounds the phone and if you hold it in your hand it interferes with reception. Is this a huge technical flaw or a clever way to ensure that you don't hold your cell phone?

Apple recommends that you keep the phone at least 5/8th of an inch away from your body and that includes your hand. Could it be that Apple and cell phone activists are converging on the proper use of cell phones? Place the phone on a table and use it in speaker mode or with an airtube headset. Could it be that Steve Jobs is trying to get people to use the iPhone safely? Now isn't this an interesting way of viewing things?

German wide cross sectional survey on health impacts of electromagnetic fields in the view of general practitioners

OBJECTIVES: The proportion of general practitioners (GPs) in Germany who assume health impacts of electromagnetic fields (EMF) is assessed. Moreover, factors associated with this risk perception are examined.

METHODS: A 7% random sample was drawn from online lists of all the GPs working in Germany. 1,867 doctors received a long version of a self-administered postal questionnaire about EMF and health (response rate 23.3%), 928 doctors received a short version (response rate 49.1%).

RESULTS: 37.3% of responders to the short and 57.5% of responders to the long questionnaire agreed "that there are persons whose health complaints are caused by EMF when legal limit values are met". A late responder analysis for the survey with the short questionnaire led to a still lower estimate of 29% for GPs believing in health-relevant effects of EMF.

CONCLUSION: About a third of German GPs associate EMF with health complaints and thus deviate considerably from current scientific knowledge. To avoid a strong selection bias in the surveys of the perception of EMF risks, use of short questionnaires and late responder analysis are recommended.

Subject: Issues that the Cell Phone Tower NES has created for many communities in New Zealand.

I found this on the web from New Zealand. It is about cell phone transmitters on lamp posts, they are very ugly, devalue property and no doubt cause cancer. There are many links to scientific studies about EMR in this PDF.

Toa Greening from Manukau City has gone to much detail in writing this submission. I believe the submission provides insight to persons about how the system operates and how to write letters to Government, whom it is their duty to serve the health interests of the public and not to only cash up the cell phone Industry with tax payers rates etc.

Cancer Center in Pittsburgh Warns of Cell Phone Risks

February 14th, 2010

The head of a prominent cancer research institute issued an unprecedented warning to his faculty and staff Wednesday: Limit cell phone use because of the possible risk of cancer.

The warning from Dr. Ronald B. Herberman, director of the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, is contrary to numerous studies that don?t find a link between cancer and cell phone use, and a public lack of worry by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Herberman is basing his alarm on early unpublished data. He says it takes too long to get answers from science and he believes people should take action now especially when it comes to children.

?Really at the heart of my concern is that we shouldn?t wait for a definitive study to come out, but err on the side of being safe rather than sorry later,? Herberman said. ...

Fünf neue Selbstmorde erschüttern France Télécom

?Fünf Selbstmorde innerhalb von zwei Wochen haben bei France Télécom Besorgnis ausgelöst. Bislang sei allerdings unklar, ob diese Fälle mit den Arbeitsbedingungen in dem Unternehmen zu tun haben, berichtete die Zeitung ?Le Parisien?. Die Gewerkschaften forderten eine Untersuchung. Das Unternehmen wollte sich zunächst nicht äußern. Damit ist die Zahl der Fälle in diesem Jahr auf 23 gestiegen. This EMF can affect the fetus while in utero according to the latest research done in a Swiss laboratory. This research is fascinating and may hold a very important key.

Researchers covered a culture of mold in the laboratory. When they uncovered it and left it exposed to the ambient electromagnetic radiation in the laboratory (and just outside it) like the lights, computers, cell phones, and the cell phone tower located in close proximity to the lab, they discovered that the production of biotoxins in this culture increased more than 600 fold. It not only increased but it increased to a more virulent potent form of biotoxin.

Researchers, along with Dr. Klinghardt, have postulated that a pregnant mother who has low-grade infections in her body (non-symptomatic), and is exposed to significant electromagnetic radiation ? such as in the Swiss laboratory ? will have an increased and more potent form of biotoxin being produced in her body.

This radiation and consequent increased toxic insult has been shown to alter the DNA structure of the fetus, creating certain genetic alterations that can lead to the avalanche of neurodevelopmental problems we are seeing in births in the last 15 or 20 years.
