Aktuelles Gerichtsverfahren in Israel
Gemäß den uns vorliegenden Berichten hat in Israel der Oberste Gerichtshof deutlich gemacht, dass er davon ausgeht, dass es Elektrohypersensibilität als Erkrankung gibt:
Seit 16.November 2012 ist am Obersten Gerichtshof des Staates Israel ein Verfahren anhängig, in dem die Kläger - eine Elterninitiative, zwei Kinder und die elektrosensible israelische Anwältin Dafna Tachover, ein Verbot von WLAN an Schulen fordern. Die israelische Regierung hat im Verfahren auf Frage des Gerichts angegeben, man werde WLAN in der jeweiligen Schule abstellen, falls ein Kind elektrosensibel sei. Bereits im vorgerichtlichen Briefwechsel hatte die Regierung vorgetragen, sollte ein Kind an EHS erkranken, werde man "individuelle Lösungen" finden.
Dafna Tachover hat dem Gericht vorgetragen, dass
EHS eine körperliche Beeinträchtigung ist, die durch EMF hervorgerufen wird die Nichtanerkennung athermischer Effekte schon vor 40 Jahren falsch war die Stellungnahmen der israelischen Regierung sowohl nicht professionell als auch mindestens fahrlässig sind die beteiligen Industrien die Öffentlichkeit täuschen und dass die israelischen Grenzwerte, die angeblich sicher negative gesundheitliche Folgen ausschließen, keine Schutzwirkung haben.
Die Kläger haben eidesstattliche Versicherungen von 7 elektrosensiblen Personen vorgelegt, sowie ausführliche wissenschaftliche Darlegungen.
Das Gericht hat nun die israelische Regierung aufgefordert, bis 16. November 2013 mitzuteilen, wie viele Kinder in Israel tatsächlich schon an EHS erkrankt sind. Damit hat das Gericht zum einen gezeigt, dasses dem Vortrag der Kläger folgt, dass es EHS gibt, die durch EMF hervorgerufen wird. Zum anderen verlangt das Gericht von der Regierung, dass die entsprechenden Fakten in Form einer eidesstattlichen Versicherung vorgelegt werden.
Die israelische Regierung hat inzwischen reagiert. Seit August 2013 gibt es nun eine Richtlinie, die zum einen vorsieht, dass Funkanwendungen in Schulen ausgeschaltet werden, wenn sie nicht gerade zu Unterrichtszwecken benötigt werden. Ferner ist generell eine zeitliche Begrenzung der WLAN-Nutzung an Schulen vorgesehen.
Nachdem bekannt wurde, dass in Tel Aviv WLAN-Hotspots an öffentlichen Plätzen eingerichtet werden sollen, fand im israelischen Fernsehen eine Fernsehdiskussion statt. Gäste waren ein Vertreter des Stadtrats von Tel Aviv, Amir Borenstein, ein EHS-Betroffener sowie Prof. Sadetzki, die Fachbereichsleiterin für das Thema beim israelischen Gesundheitsministerium. Diese vertrat bisher die Ansicht, dass es keine bewiesenen Gesundheitsschäden durch elektromagnetische Felder gibt. Während ihres Interviews erklärt sie nun, dass WLAN gesundheitsschädlich sei, nicht installiert bzw. deaktiviert werden solle und die Installation das Recht Elektrosensibler verletzte, sich an öffentlichen Plätzen aufzuhalten (!). Unter Bezugnahme auf das Gerichtsverfahren erklärte sie auch, dass auf WLAN an Schulen verzichtet werden solle.
Amir Borenstein blieb nur noch die Aufgabe, die Symptome Elektrosensibler zu erklären. Während er dies tat, musste die Gastgeberin/Moderatorin der Fernsehshow vor laufender Kamera feststellen, dass auch sie unter EHS leidet.

Electrical Workers Union Speaks Out Against Smart Meters
