Open Letter from Barrie Trower: The Communications Industry, because of its usefulness to Government, Finance, Intelligence gathering and Warfare, is really in the position where it is spiralling out of any person?s ability to control it, with regard to advancing technology. Initially, all systems ?pulsed.? However, when it was realised that stealth microwave warfare relies on entrainment of a brain from such pulses (now being used as a domestic instrument) the pulses had to be renamed as ?modulations.? The difference between them is infinitesimally small, but the effect is just the same. Only the name has changed. I believe that this explains the dramatic changes in behaviour we are now witnessing - group suicides, disruption in schools, aggression and so on. Over the years, I have compiled a list of known entrainment responses (followed by long-term potentiation) from these microwaves. It should be appreciated that each person will respond slightly differently, although the same area of brain/temporal/ amygdaloid temporal/parotid/etc., will remain the same.
** It is worth mentioning that a mobile phone with a pulse/modulation frequency of 25 could act directly on visual sight (if being held at head), or heartbeat (if in a chest pocket). A frequency of 25 can disrupt both visual and heart neurotransmitters. Clearly a susceptible person may have any combination of these. I think the problem is that young Governments and young communications engineers have no knowledge of Cold War warfare and don?t know who to ask; even if they did, the Government would probably be in denial. Last week I sent a letter to the Minister of Health for Ontario, detailing very serious health concerns about dangerously high radiation exposure from a Wi Fi system installed throughout the Stratford General Hospital. It was sent to the Stratford Beacon Herald.
The story was written directly from my letter because the reporter tried to contact me and I tried to contact the reporter, both without success.
I ask that you compare the content of my letter with the story and decide whether it is fair, accurate and reflects my serious concerns. Does it pass on those concerns and provide a warning for the community?

Regarding your editorial about the "wild hunch" parents near Barrie are having about the WiFi system affecting their children's` health, I am disappointed by your yellow journalism and absence of facts.
Having not made a single phone call to inquire about the public health disaster unfolding in Simcoe County you have decided we are somehow backward and want to "turn back the clock".
Had you first investigated you would have learned of an outbreak of tachycardia which is an unexplained rapid heart beat, up to 250 beats per minute in an unusual number of children. You would have learned of a new study showing that this condition is exacerbated by exposure to microwaves. You would have learned that the WiFi system in Simcoe schools is not the standard household system but one of industrial strength that beams microwaves into junior kindergarten classes all day long, where there are in fact zero computers present.
I should think that before attempting to discredit us, you would have learned that the U.S. government issued a study through the National Institutes of Health last fall suggesting that microwaves from such "carrier frequencies" may cause both leukemia and cancer "especially in children".
And if you had paid attention to Canada`s Parliament, which I understand is a short distance from your office, you would have known that on April 27 and 29th of this year the Standing Committee on Health heard two days of testimony on microwaves and health, which included warnings from three European scientists of cancer, DNA damage and infertility, especially in children.
We appreciate your suggestion that public health officials "monitor the situation". Perhaps you will offer your children to monitor because we would like to withdraw our children from this experiment.
