My brain injury was caused by the extreme use of a digital cell phone
It has been a very long time since I have spoken out, so I thought I would just step up on the soap box once again.
Most of you, I assume, know me or know of me. I have been suffering from the symptoms of a traumatic brain injury for over ten years now.
That brain injury was caused by the extreme use of a digital cell phone. I don't say this looking for the next law suit, I say this because I know beyond doubt it was the cell phone that caused this injury.
Now this is my bitch, I am so sick of hearing the industry and government play this issue for all it is worth.
Everyone says (ind. and gov.) we need more proof, why is this so, when there are so many individuals suffering from either injuries from cell phones or suffering from the effects of living close to cell towers.
How can this be in this day and age (I know it's the MONEY) haven't we as a society, learned enough from other disasters; tobacco, lead, asbestos.
When large groups of people become sick from something, shouldn't we at the very least, say hey people use this with caution until we know further.
My biggest bitch with all this from my point of view is, why am "I " not being clinically documented and scrutinized.
I know I am quite unique, and not many people have logged as many hours on a cell phone as I have, (I still retain all records of my time on the cell phone) and that's my argument.
I have the ability to give up tissue samples. When I first became ill and "knew" it was the cell phone, I used an ear piece. That placed the phone in a side pocket of my overalls I used to wear.
That in return, caused damage to my right thigh, nerve damage I have already documented. I am willing to give up tissue samples to further prove this fact.
I want SO BADLY for it to end. I want to know what it is like to live one day w/o pain or suffering w/o drugs.
I want to know what it is like to sleep w/o interruption, for more than a couple of hours w/o the help of drugs.
I have stopped using drugs to control the pain, or to help me sleep. I deal with it all, mainly because I don't want to mask what I am going through, and I don't want to miss anything new to report about this journey I am on.
I am not seeking fame or fortune, I just want my life back. since that can't happen, at least give me the dignity of the recognition I should be getting.
Please don't let my experience go to waste. Please accept the testimonies of all the people who have already given up their lives, as the evidence needed to prove the dangers of wireless.

The effects observed suggest that exposure to RF from everyday background sources that have been proliferating in our lives unchecked, and assumed by many not be harmful, may be an underlying factor in the recent rapid decline of aspen populations.
Electromagnetic pollution has skyrocketed with the growth of the wireless industry, since the early 1990s. Currently, wireless exposure guidelines for humans assume a 30-minute exposure, in contrast to 24/7 exposures that are common. As with cell phone RF exposure guidelines, which assume only a 6-minute exposure, not only are the guidelines based on highly unrealistic assumptions of exposure duration, but they are basing the recommendations on physics considerations, not on biology.

Wonderful, wonderful Gulf News, a truly independent newspaper that gives both sides of an issue and includes all the relevant facts has become a rare and beautiful thing,
Recently a number of Surfdale households received copies taken from eleven newspapers reporting on the same piece of research that claims to prove the safety of cellphone towers.
Under the heading "Study Rules Out Phone Tower Link to Cancer," the NZ Herald quotes Dr David Black that this study on "pregnant women's exposure to cellphone tower radio-frequency and early childhood cancer should end public debate on the issue." It is incorrect and misleading of Dr Black to refer to the emissions from towers as "radio-frequency." they are not, they are microwaves which are more penetrative than radio waves.* Interestingly, Dr Black refers to opponent's "poor scientific literacy."
Disturbingly, this doctor's "expert" medical opinion is the ONLY opinion quoted and has been uncritically and unhesitatingly accepted by the Herald who make no mention of the fact that he is employed by the cellphone industry. Nor does the Herald inform readers that this study was industry-led and funded. Also omitted is the relevant fact that all the data estimates of exposure for the study were supplied by the industry itself. It seems to me that this situation is akin to asking Jaws if it is safe to swim.
Readers should be aware that it takes more than 10 years for the adverse health effects from asbestos and smoking to become apparent and that lack of evidence in one study does not cancel proof of harm in others. Big industries do not always get it right - in February, BP assured the world that an oil leak was "unlikely." The damage caused by this company's over-confidence is incalculable, but would be as nothing compared to what might happen if the cellphone industry are wrong about their product.
In the meantime, the telecommunications industry refuse to sign any guarantee that there will be no adverse health effects caused by being forced to live in proximity to cellphone towers.

Members of the European Academy for Environmental Medicine (EUROPAEM) in April 2010 addressed an urgent appeal to European environment and health ministers, - Commission, -Parliament and other organizations. Greatly concerned about the increasing prevalence of a group of chronic multisystem illnesses (environmentally related illnesses including chemical, biological and EMF-agents, with similar pathological mechanisms) they urge these groups to takes these findings serious and financially invest more in prevention, precaution and best early detection etc.
This appeal will put Chronic Multisystem Illnesses higher on the political EU-agenda as ?environmentally related illnesses?. Also a connection is made with possible EMF-triggers.
Possibly, IEMFA-relations with EUROPAEM can be intensified in future, as a follow-up.
