The Statement ''A car and a home are under control of the person, who can do what he wants with his property.'' Is not true for EMF exposure in the US.

7.5 million smart meters have been put on houses here in California, without consulting with the owners. The utilities refuse to remove them, and threaten to cut off power.

Even worse, is the nefarious practice of dumping up to 80% of the distributed current into the earth for return to the substations. This effectively connects everyone to the utility neutral return currents. I have measured high EMFs in houses with the electric service shut off. Dave Stetzer has visited Amish diary farms without electric service either to the house or barn, yet the cows are sick due to so-called stray voltage from off-property sources.

Soon incandescent light bulbs will be outlawed in the US in favor of CFLs, and new appliances will have built in transmitters to communicate with the smart meter. The ones I have measured transmit 24/7 and can t be disabled.

Many new cars are electrically ''hot''. Even steel-belted radial tires generate strong magnetic fields in the passenger compartment. In truth, we can t put the EMF genie back in the bottle without government help.
