Zuschussrente: Riester wird Zwangsjacke

'Ursula von der Leyen stellte letzte Woche ihre Reformpläne für die Zuschussrente vor. Wer ein Leben lang gearbeitet und wenig verdient hat, soll zukünftig belohnt werden und seine Altersbezüge auf 850 Euro aufgestockt bekommen. Die Assekuranz kann sich freuen: Die Pläne des Bundesministeriums sehen vor, dass nur Pensionäre mit einem 35 Jahre laufenden Riestervertrag Anspruch auf die Zuschussrente haben. ?Wer hätte gedacht, dass Ursula von der Leyen ein Herz für den Versicherungsvertrieb hat? Da lädt sie am Mittwoch extra die Presse nach Berlin, behauptet die Altersarmut zu bekämpfen, ruft auch einen 'Regierungsdialog Rente' ins Leben, der alle -wirklich alle!- Interessengruppen an einem Tisch versammeln soll: Gewerkschaften, Sozialverbände, auch Arbeitgeber und Rentnerverbände, um primär ein Ziel zu verfolgen: dem Versicherungsvertrieb ein zusätzliches Verkaufsargument für Riesterverträge zu liefern! Klingt unglaublich? Ist es aber nicht! (...) Was bleibt also von Ursula von der Leyens Konzept einer Zuschussrente - für jene, die nicht davon profitieren? Hier sei an die Ausgangsthese erinnert: Ursula von der Leyen hat ein Herz für den Versicherungsvertrieb. Es bleibt vor allem die Forderung an Geringverdiener, privat für den Lebensabend vorzusorgen! Für Billiglöhner lohnt sich das Riestern bisher kaum, da alle Einkünfte mit der Grundsicherung im Alter verrechnet werden. Paradox: Wer trotz 35 Jahren Riestersparens nur 700 Euro Rente erhält, der hat genauso viel oder wenig Geld in der Tasche wie jemand, der nicht privat vorsorgte. Dumm wäre also bisher gewesen, wer als Niedriglöhner einen Riestervertrag abgeschlossen hat. The final report of the Commission on Wartime Contracting in Iraq and Afghanistan, chartered by the U.S. Congress, has concluded that at least $31 billion, and possibly $60 billion, has been lost to contract waste and fraud. They also found that not only did contractors sometimes outnumber the military personnel they were supporting, often the contractors were doing things only federal employees could legally do and oversight of their work was frequently absent or ineffective.
