"Die Kanzlerin will jetzt Hartz IV und die Rente erst ab 67 nach Europa exportieren", erklärt die Vorsitzende der Partei DIE LINKE, Gesine Lötzsch zum heutigen EU-Gipfeltreffen. Gesine Lötzsch weiter:

Die Kanzlerin will mit einer Wirtschaftsregierung den deutschen Sozialabbau nach Europa exportieren. Nachdem SPD und Grüne mit der Agenda 2010 den Arbeitsmarkt zerstört sowie den größten Niedriglohnsektor Europas geschaffen und die CDU/CSU-SPD-Regierung die Rente erst ab 67 Jahren eingeführt hat, sieht sich jetzt die Kanzlerin in der Pflicht, alle anderen europäischen Länder mit ihrer unsozialen Politik ? am Europaparlament vorbei - zu beglücken. Damit wird sie Schiffbruch erleiden. Das kann man schon heute prognostizieren. Wir sehen bereits in Griechenland, wie die Politik der Kanzlerin wirkt. Das Land wurde mit Hilfe der EU und IWF in die schwerste Wirtschaftskrise nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg gestürzt. DIE LINKE fordert eine abgestimmte Wirtschaftspolitik, die eine Mindestbesteuerung von Unternehmen einführt, eine Regulierung des Bankensektors und der Finanzmärkte endlich beschließt und soziale Mindeststandards in der EU durchsetzt. Gegen eine Angleichung der Sozialstandards auf niedrigstem Niveau werden wir kämpfen. Eine Wirtschaftsregierung, die das demokratisch gewählte Europaparlament ausschaltet und nur den Empfehlungen der Banken- und Hedgefonds-Manager folgt, werden wir nie akzeptieren. Eine Wirtschaftsregierung muss dem sozialen Ausgleich verpflichtet sein.

Wenn am Aktionstag der IG-Metall eine lauthals geforderte gesetzliche "Equal Pay"-Forderung Erfolg hätte, wäre dies natürlich für eine Million Leiharbeiterinnen und Leiharbeiter zu begrüßen. Das Schmankerl der rot-grünen Bundesregierung aus Clement-Zeiten, den deutschen Niedriglohnsektor nach Belieben ausgestalten zu dürfen, wäre allerdings ebenso dahin - und, wie wir Leiharbeiterinnen und Leiharbeitern in der ALAID uns wünschen, ein Schmankerl, das schon lange abgeschafft sein sollte. Nichtsdestotrotz hat sich die DGB-Tarifkommission Zeitarbeit mit dem Heraufschrauben(!) ihrer Tarifverträge auf CGZP-Niveau das Schmankerl natürlich bis Herbst 2013 gesichert - vielleicht, damit die Winter der IG-Metall nicht zu wild werden.?

?Niedriglohn Berlin: Durch eine überraschende Lohnreform hat die Bundesregierung in der vergangenen Nacht den Niedriglohn abgeschafft. Wie ein Sprecher des Bundesarbeitsministeriums mitteilt, sei dies erforderlich gewesen, um Schaden von Deutschland durch das vorhandene Image als Niedriglohn-Land abzuwenden. Durch amtliche Verfügung sind mit sofortiger Wirkung nun 22 Prozent der Beschäftigten, die bislang einen Niedriglohn erhielten, Normalverdiener. Die restlichen 78 Prozent der Beschäftigten werden dafür als Besserverdienende eingestuft. Hohe und steigende Lohnnebenkosten? Ein Irrglaube

?Die These einer Überforderung der Unternehmen durch zu hohe und zudem steigende Lohnnebenkosten, insbesondere durch die Arbeitgeberbeiträge zur Sozialversicherung, beherrscht seit Jahren die beschäftigungs- und sozialpolitische Debatte. Befürchtet wird, dass der Faktor Arbeit zu stark belastet wird, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Unternehmen sinkt und die Beschäftigungschancen zurückgehen. Die Entlastung der Betriebe durch ein Einfrieren der Arbeitgeberbeiträge und eine entsprechende Mehrbelastung der Versicherten prägt die Entwicklung in der Rentenversicherung (Finanzierung der betrieblichen und privaten Altersvorsorge allein durch die Arbeitnehmer) wie in der Krankenversicherung (Finanzierung der Sonderbeiträge und Zusatzbeiträge bzw. Kopfpauschalen allein durch die Versicherten). Die empirischen Befunde aus der Arbeitskostenerhebung des Statistischen Bundesamtes zeigen hingegen, dass der Anteil der Lohnnebenkosten an den gesamten Arbeitskosten keinesfalls übermäßig hoch ist und im Verlauf der letzten Jahre leicht gesunken ist..?
