Jeder dritte ALG II-Empfänger stockt auf

''Immer mehr Hartz IV- Empfänger stocken ihr Erwerbseinkommen auf. Rund 1,3 Millionen Menschen, das ist fast jeder dritte ALG II-Bezieher, sind es, während es vor fünf Jahren noch 23 Prozent waren. Das zeigen Auswertungen der offiziellen Arbeitsmarktstatistik, die das Institut Arbeit und Qualifikation (IAQ) der Universität Duisburg-Essen (UDE) jetzt im Informationsportal www.sozialpolitik-aktuell.de veröffentlicht hat. Die Gruppe der Aufstocker setzt sich sehr unterschiedlich zusammen: 44 Prozent sind sozialversicherungspflichtig beschäftigt, 36 Prozent üben einen Minijob aus, und zehn Prozent arbeiten selbstständig. Mehr als die Hälfte dieser sozialversichungspflichtig Beschäftigten arbeitet Vollzeit (57,7 Prozent). Dennoch verdienen sie so wenig, dass sie den Lebensunterhalt für sich und ihre Familie nicht aus eigener Kraft bestreiten können. Selbst Kindergeld, Kinderzuschläge und Wohngeld verhindern nicht, dass sie auf Unterstützung angewiesen sind. Euro Anteile an den FDP-Tochterfirmen ProLogo und altmann-druck abgekauft. Wie nun bekannt wurde, übernahm Gauselmann Ende 2012 altmann-druck komplett und verkaufte die ProLogo-Anteile zurück an die FDP. Diese Auflösung der Firmenbeteiligungen brachte der FDP 864.000 Euro ein.

Die neue Transparenz ist positiv. Aber die Frage bleibt: Ist das ein Bruch mit der Glücksspiel-Industrie, der nebenbei Geld in die FDP-Kassen brachte? Oder ist es eine Geldspritze für die FDP, die als Entflechtung verkauft wird? Nach unserer Analyse bleibt die Entflechtung zumindest halbgar.
