Abgespeist: Überflüssig Gemachte und Gemachtes an einer Tafel

''Das Geschäft mit den »Tafeln« boomt. Ursprünglich eine Einrichtung für Wohnsitzlose, präsentiert es sich nicht nur als zunehmend unverzichtbare armutspolitische Kompensation für sozialstaatliche Defizite, sondern mittlerweile auch als günstiger, imageförderlicher und auch noch ?ökologischer? Ausweg aus den Verwertungsproblemen des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels. Sogar einen »Nachhaltigkeitspreis« gab es für den Bundestafelverband bereits, verliehen vom Lebensmittelhandel. Doch wollten sich die Tafel-Betreiber nicht eigentlich selbst überflüssig machen? Und liefert die Etablierung und Professionalisierung der Tafeln nicht gerade die Legitimation dafür, den Sozialstaat ab- und mittelalterlich-feudale Almosen- und Fürsorgemaßnahmen wieder aufzubauen? Grund genug zum Nachdenken, auch in den Kirchen. Die Katholische Arbeitnehmer-Bewegung (KAB) in der Diözese Trier hatte daher am 31. August zu der Veranstaltung »Kritik und Überwindung der Tafelgesellschaft« eingeladen, auf der Stefan Selke, Sozialwissenschaftler und Tafelforscher, Ludwig Geissbauer, Landesvertreter der Tafelbewegung Rheinland-Pfalz und Saarland, sowie Anton Kobel und der damalige Diözesanvorsitzende Günther Salz ihre Thesen vorstellten. Im Juli letzten Jahres hatte das Bundessozialgericht in Kassel die neuerlicher Festlegung der Hartz IV Regelsätze als ''verfassungsgemäß'' beurteilt und eine entsprechende Klage abgewiesen. Nach Meinung der Richter sei die Höhe des Regelbedarfs für Alleinstehende nach dem SGB II für die Zeit ab 1. Januar 2011 nicht verfassungswidrig zu niedrig bemessen worden (AZ: B 14 AS 153/11 R). ''Die Bundesagentur für Arbeit hat eine neue ''Sanktionsarbeitshilfe'' herausgegeben. Nachdem dieses Jahr schon die Schallmauer ''Eine Millionen'' Sanktionen durchbrochen wurde, wollen sie das Fördern und Fordern offensichtlich weiter perfektionieren und insbesondere auf die Zielgruppe der U-25?er ausweiten. Vergessen wird von der BA dabei nur, dass das Fördern im SGB II über das ständige Streichen von Eingliederungsmitteln kaum noch oder auf einem Niveau stattfindet, welches man kaum noch fördern nennen kann.''
