Keine Bundeswehr in die Türkei!

''Wie schon in Afghanistan beginnt auch der Einsatz von Patriot-Abwehrraketen in der Türkei wieder mit einer Lüge. Auch Bundeskanzlerin Merkel weiß: Die Türkei wird von Syrien nicht bedroht,'' kommentiert Jan van Aken, stellvertretender Vorsitzender der LINKEN, den Plan der Bundesregierung, 400 Soldaten in die Türkei zu entsenden.

Oberst Ulrich Kirsch, Vorsitzender des Bundeswehrverbandes, hat vollkommen recht, wenn er jetzt die Begründung, und die Verhältnismäßigkeit, dieses Auslandseinsatzes in Frage stellt. Syrien hat die Türkei weder angegriffen noch mit einem Angriff gedroht. Es ist eher andersherum: Die Türkei hat sich von Beginn an in den syrischen Bürgerkrieg eingemischt und unterstützt die bewaffneten Rebellen. Die Regierung in Ankara hat sich sogar per Eilverfahren vom Parlament einen Einmarsch in Syrien genehmigen lassen. Es ist purer Wahnsinn, 400 deutsche Soldaten mitten in den Nahost-Konflikt zu schicken, der aktuell jederzeit in einen regionalen Krieg münden kann. Aus meiner Erfahrung als früherer Biowaffen-Inspektor bei den Vereinten Nationen sage ich, die angebliche Bedrohung der Türkei durch syrische Chemiewaffen ist völlig an den Haaren herbei gezogen. Erstens sind, wie in jedem Krieg, alle Geheimdienstberichte über chemische Waffen mit Vorsicht zu beurteilen. Und zweitens wäre es militärisch schlichtweg Unsinn, in einem Bürgerkrieg Chemiewaffen mittels ballistischer Raketen einzusetzen. Gegen chemische Granaten und Bomben wiederum können die Patriot-Raketen gar nicht eingesetzt werden.

Hartz IV-Sanktionen sind verfassungswidrig

Die Bundesagentur für Arbeit wird in diesem Jahr erstmalig den traurigen Rekord von rund einer Million Sanktionen gegen Hartz IV-Beziehende erreichen. Dazu erklärt die Vorsitzende der Partei DIE LINKE, Katja Kipping:

Hartz IV-Sanktionen sind eine Schande für Deutschland. Die Sanktionen im Hartz IV-System sind verfassungswidrig. Sie müssen umgehend abgeschafft werden. Jede Leistungskürzung verletzt das Grundrecht der Betroffenen auf Existenzsicherung und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe. Im vergangenen Jahr waren rund 42 Prozent der Widersprüche gegen Sanktionen und rund 52 Prozent der Klagen vor Sozialgerichten für die Betroffenen ganz oder zumindest teilweise erfolgreich. Es wird demnach auch massenhaft rechtswidrig sanktioniert. Unter dem Druck von Sanktionsandrohungen müssen die Betroffenen schlecht bezahlte Jobs annehmen und den Beschäftigten durch Lohndumping in den Rücken fallen. Hartz IV ist und bleibt sozialer Sprengstoff, der sich auch durch Druck und Arbeitsverdichtung direkt auf Erwerbstätige auswirkt. DIE LINKE tritt dafür ein, Hartz IV durch eine sanktionsfreie Mindestsicherung zu ersetzen, die wirklich die Existenz und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe sichert.

Europa braucht eine humane Asylpolitik

Wieder kenterten am Wochenende vor der Insel Lampedusa Boote mit Flüchtlingen. Wieder berichten Medien über unendliches Leid und Tote, doch an der inhumanen Asylpolitik der Bundesrepublik und der Europäischen Union ändert sich nichts. Dazu erklärt die Vorsitzende der Partei DIE LINKE, Katja Kipping:

Nach der Katastrophe von Lampedusa fordern Experten eine Reform der europäischen Flüchtlingspolitik. Außer Reden und Appellen hat sich nichts geändert. Die aktuelle Statistik der UNO belegt, dass weltweit alle 4 Sekunden ein Mensch aus seinem Heimatort flüchtet. Armut, Naturkatastrophen, explodierende Lebensmittelpreise aber vor allem Kriege sind die Ursachen dafür. Dort, wo gegenwärtig Kriege toben, ist die Situation der Menschen katastrophal. Aber auch dort, wo Rassismus Menschen in die Flucht treibt, ist die Lage verheerend. Die weltweite Wirtschaftskrise vernichtet in vielen Ländern in und außerhalb Europas für viele Menschen jede Perspektive, ihr eigenes Leben zu gestalten. Auch von ihnen werden viele woanders versuchen, ihr Auskommen zu finden. Es ist zynisch, wenn Bundesinnenminister Friedrich gegen Armutsflüchtlinge hetzt und um Flüchtlingsquoten feilscht. Wer Flüchtlingen unterstellt, sie kämen in betrügerischer Absicht nach Deutschland, will ausgrenzen und abschotten. Das ist finsterstes Stammtischniveau und rassistisch. Von der EU fordern wir endlich Mindeststandards für Asylsuchende auf hohem menschenrechtlichem Niveau durchzusetzen. Wir brauchen eine Änderung des Fluchtregimes in der EU. Die Außengrenzen sind für tausende Menschen tödlich geworden. Deshalb fordern wir: offene Grenzen für Menschen in Not, menschenwürdige Unterbringung von Flüchtlingen und die schnelle Öffnung von Perspektiven für diejenigen, die hier um Schutz und Aufnahme ersuchen. Schluss mit den rassistisch aufgeladenen Diskussionen um vermeintliche Wirtschaftsflüchtlinge. Die Not der Menschen hat politische Ursachen. Die Bundesrepublik hat in vielen Fällen ihren Anteil daran. Es ist deshalb auch unsere Verantwortung, dazu beizutragen, Not zu lindern und Flüchtlinge aufzunehmen.

Haben sie sich auch schon gefragt, warum hierzulande Jahr für Jahr immer neue Gen-Felder angelegt werden, obwohl 80 Prozent der Menschen keine Gentechnik im Essen wollen? Warum Steuergelder fast nur noch in die Gentechnik fließen, wenn es um landwirtschaftliche Forschung geht?

Mit Hilfe von Ausschnitten aus dem Vortrag ''Seilschaften deutscher Gentechnik'' von Jörg Bergstedt wagen wir einen Blick hinter die Kulissen der Gentechnik und auf die Zustände bei Genehmigungen und Geldvergabe. Dieser Vortrag bietet eine erschütternde Erklärung, warum die überwältigende Ablehnung und der gesetzlich eigentlich vorhandene Schutz gentechnikfreier Landwirtschaft (einschließlich Imkerei) gegenüber der grünen Gentechnik so wenig Wirkung hat.

Denn: In den vergangenen Jahrzehnten sind alle relevanten Posten in Genehmigungsbehörden, Bundesfachanstalten und geldvergebenden Ministerien mit Gentechnikbefürwortern besetzt worden. Die meisten von ihnen sind direkt in die Gentechnikkonzerne eingebunden. Geflechte von Kleinstunternehmen und seltsamen Biotechnologieparks names Biotechfarm oder Agrobiotechnikum sind entstanden, zwischen denen Aufträge und Gelder hin- und hergeschoben werden, bis sich ihre Spur auf den Konten der Beteiligten verliert.

Die Referentin Rosi Reindl (46 Jahre) ist ehrenamtlich aktiv, u.a. beim Arbeitskreis Gentechnik des Bund Naturschutz Ebersberg, der Gruppe ''Zivilcourage für eine gentechnikfreie Landwirtschaft'' und der Initiative ''Gentechnikfreies Mangfalltal''. ''Trotz allen wissenschaftlichen Fortschritts ist es bis heute nicht gelungen, den Hunger auf der Welt zu besiegen. Noch immer leidet ein Sechstel der Erdbevölkerung unter Mangelernährung. Dabei wäre Nahrung für alle da, meint die Filmemacherin Marie-Monique Robin. Ihr Dokumentarfilm zeigt, dass eine ökologische Landwirtschaft, die umweltgerecht und ressourcenschonend arbeitet, ausreichend Nahrung für alle Menschen bereitstellen könnte.

Ein Sechstel der Weltbevölkerung leidet gegenwärtig Hunger. Aber das ist kein unabwendbares Schicksal. Anhand von Beispielen aus Mexiko, Japan, Malawi, Kenia, Senegal, den USA und mehreren europäischen Ländern veranschaulicht Filmemacherin Marie-Monique Robin, dass radikales Umdenken gefordert ist und dass die Lebensmittelkette anders verwaltet und organisiert werden muss und kann, um dem Hunger in der Welt Abhilfe zu schaffen. Mittlerweile beweisen weltweit aktive Initiativen, dass ökologische Landwirtschaft, die umweltgerecht und ressourcenschonend verfährt, nicht nur möglich, sondern auch ertragreicher ist als die industrielle Produktion von Nahrungsmitteln. Voraussetzung dafür ist allerdings auch, dass den Bauern, und nicht nur den Großproduzenten unter ihnen, wieder eine Schlüsselrolle in der für die Zukunft der Menschheit unabdingbaren Entwicklung zugebilligt wird.

Nach ''Monsanto, mit Gift und Genen'' und ''Unser täglich Gift'' wartet Filmemacherin Marie-Monique Robin mit dem letzten Teil ihrer Trilogie auf. ''Zukunft pflanzen'' ist eine entschieden optimistische Untersuchung darüber, wie der weltweiten Lebensmittelkrise Abhilfe geschaffen werden kann.?
