EU-Vertragsverletzungsverfahren zur Vorratsdatenspeicherung endlich stoppen!

'Das von Bundesregierung und EU bisher unter Verschluss gehaltene zweite Mahnschreiben der EU-Kommission zur Vorratsdatenspeicherung vom 27.10.2011 ist heute vom AK Vorrat veröffentlicht worden. EU-Innenkommissarin Malmström fordert die Bundesregierung darin auf, bis Jahresende eine sechsmonatige Vorratsspeicherung von Verbindungs- und Standortdaten aller Nutzer von Telefonfestnetz, Mobilfunk, Internet-Telefonie und E-Mail wieder einzuführen. Geschieht dies nicht, kann die EU-Kommission Klage vor dem Europäischen Gerichtshof erheben. Dieser kann dann eine Strafzahlung verhängen?' Matt Renner, Truthout: 'Occupy Chicago protesters interrupted Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker at a breakfast event Thursday hosted by the Union League Club of Chicago. Progress Illinois estimates that 70 of the breakfast guests were actually protesters, who use the now famous 'people s microphone' to express their dissent to Governor Walker s anti-union policies and to drown out the attempts by the governor to speak over them.'
