Wer sich erst 2022 von der Kernenergie verabschieden will, riskiert bewusst die Sicherheit von Menschen. Klageflut ist nur zu stoppen, wenn Hartz IV und Sanktionen abgeschafft werden

Die Justizminister der Länder plädieren für weitere Schritte zur Eindämmung der Klageflut gegen die Hartz-IV-Reformen und wollen dazu Gesetzesvorschläge erarbeiten. Dazu erklärt Katja Kipping, stellvertretende Vorsitzende der Partei DIE LINKE:

Die so genannte Klageflut bei Hartz IV ist Ausdruck eines Gesetzes, was Armut und Ausgrenzung verursacht, nicht verfassungskonform und außerdem auch handwerklicher Pfusch ist. Darüber hinaus werden massenhaft rechtswidrige Bescheide von den Hartz-IV-Behörden ausgestellt. 2010 wurden 34,6 Prozent der Widersprüche zumindest teilweise zugunsten der Hartz-IV-Beziehenden entschieden. 45,3 Prozent der Klagen waren ein Erfolg für die Klägerinnen und Kläger mit Hartz-IV-Bezug. Bei Widersprüchen gegen die Sanktionen bei Hartz IV wurden 42,1 Prozent zumindest teilweise zugunsten der Hartz-IV-Beziehenden entschieden. Klagen gegen die Sanktionen bei Hartz IV waren sogar zu 60 Prozent für die Betroffenen erfolgreich. Die Klageflut bei Hartz IV ist nur zu stoppen, wenn Hartz IV abgeschafft wird. Sanktionen sind grundrechtswidrig und gehören sofort komplett gestrichen. Das entlastet Gerichte und schützt Bedürftige vor existenziellen Gefährdungen.

'Als 'völlig aberwitzig' und 'weltfremd' kritisiert die Vereinte Dienstleistungsgewerkschaft (ver.di) die Schlussfolgerungen des Sachverständigenrates zur Begutachtung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Entwicklung in seiner sogenannten Expertise 'Herausforderungen des demographischen Wandels'. 'Wer den Renteneintritt erst ab 68 oder gar 69 Jahren propagiert, hat von der deutschen Arbeitswirklichkeit offenbar keine Ahnung', sagte Elke Hannack, für Sozialpolitik zuständiges Mitglied im ver.di-Bundesvorstand. Schon heute sei nur jede und jeder zehnte 64-Jährige überhaupt noch sozialversicherungspflichtig beschäftigt. Vor allem körperlich und psychisch belastende Tätigkeiten könnten vielfach nicht bis ins hohe Alter ausgeübt werden. Dies betreffe nicht nur Bauarbeiter oder Dachdecker, sondern beispielsweise auch Krankenschwestern, Altenpfleger, Erzieherinnen, Busfahrer oder Müllwerker. Große Koalition der Rentenkürzer trägt Verantwortung für wachsende Altersarmut

'Die ganz große Kolition der Rentenkürzer von Union, SPD, FDP und Grünen trägt die Verantwortung für die wachsende Gefahr millionenfacher Altersarmut', stellt der Vorsizende der Partei DIE LINKE, Klaus Ernst, anlässlich der vom DIW vorgelegten Studie fest. 'Die von Rot-Grün über Schwarz-Rot bis Schwarz-Gelb durchgesetzten Dämpfungs- und Kürzungsfaktoren bis hin zur Rente ab 67 haben im Zusammenhang mit der massiven Ausweitung des Niedriglohnsektors die gesetzliche Rente ihrer wichtigsten Funktion beraubt: Sie schützt nicht mehr vor Altersarmut und wird mehr und mehr zur Hungerrente degradiert. Von einer Sicherung des Lebesstandard im Alter kann überhaupt keine Rede mehr sein. Das ist ein Angriff auf die Menschenwürde und verstößt gegen das Grundgsetz.' Ernst weiter:

'Wenn die DIW-Forscher feststellen, dass ein Neurentner im Westen heute schon durchschnittlich nur noch eine Rente von 820 Euro bekommt, schrillen die Alarmglocken. Damit liegt die Durchschnittsrente heute schon deutlich unter der Armutsrisikogrenze. Union, SPD, FDP und Grüne machen Deutschland für die Alten zum Armenhaus. Das ist nicht hinnehmbar. Die Rutschbahn bei den Renten muss gestoppt werden. Wir brauchen, ähnlich wie beim Atomausstieg, eine gesamtgesellschaftliche Debatte über die Alterssicherung. Die gesetzliche Rente muss endlich wieder in die Lage versetzt werden, nach einem langen Arbeitsleben ein angstfreies, sozial abgesichertes Leben in Würde und Geborgenheit zu sichern. Dafür müssen der Irrweg der Rente erst ab 67 jetzt beendet und die Dämpfungs- und Kürzungsfaktoren aufgehoben werden. Mit einer Mindestrente muss zudem Altersarmut von vornherein ausgeschlossen werden. Eine Zurückdrängung des Niedriglohnsektors durch einen gesetzlichen flächendeckenden Mindestlohn von zehn Euro und endlich dauerhafte Reallohnsteigerungen tragen entscheidend dazu bei, dass auch die Rente ihre Alterssicherungsfunktion wieder wahrnehmen kann.'

RSK: Fast nichts ist neu!

Der Bericht der Reaktorsicherheitskommission (RSK) über die Risiken der Atomkraftwerke klammert viele Bereiche aus. Doch selbst zu den meisten Themen, die behandelt wurden, lagen schon vorher umfassende Informationen vor. Und zwar im .ausgestrahlt-Sicherheits-Check für alle AKW. Da stellt die eher atomfreundliche Reaktorsicherheitskommission (RSK) fest, dass kein AKW in Deutschland alle nötigen Sicherheitskriterien erfüllt und der Bundesumweltminister behauptet daraufhin munter, dann wäre es ja an der Zeit, vier Reaktoren stillzulegen. Und was ist mit den anderen? Die CSU will sich inzwischen mit dem Ausstieg bis 2022 Zeit lassen und zwischendurch nochmal überprüfen, ob es nicht vielleicht doch noch ein paar Jahre länger gehen soll. Die Kanzlerin traf sich gestern mit Wirtschaftsvertretern und nichts drang davon nach außen. Die Lobbyisten der Atomwirtschaft sind in diesen Wochen im Dauereinsatz.

Beunruhigende Nachrichten also. Alle, die dachten, jetzt sei der Atomausstieg zum Greifen nah, müssen dieser Tage feststellen, dass die Auseinandersetzung noch lange nicht gewonnen ist. Umso wichtiger also, dass am 28. Mai in 21 Städten bundesweit möglichst viele Menschen auf die Straße gehen, um der Bundesregierung zu signalisieren: Wenn Ihr jetzt nicht endlich ernst macht in Sachen Ausstieg, dann wird der Konflikt um die Atomkraft unvermindert weitergehen.

Deshalb mein eindringlicher Appell an Dich: Überlass das Handeln nicht den Atomlobbyisten! Bleib die nächsten Tage aktiv, damit am 28. Mai möglichst viele auf die Straße gehen! Komm selbst zu der Demo in Deiner Nähe und bringe so viele Menschen mit, wie in Deinen Kräften steht!
