NATO Kills '62 Afghan civilians'

A recent Nato air strike in an eastern Afghanistan valley killed at least 62 civilians including women and children, an Afghan government investigation said on Thursday.

US-led airstrike kills 37 Afghan civilians

Local media reports say the deadly strike took place in Kunar Province on Friday. NATO has confirmed the incident, claiming that they were targeting "a prominent Taliban militant," a Press TV correspondent reported.

Der Tod dreier junger Männer ist eine Tragödie. Wir trauern mit den Angehörigen. Dieser Vorfall zeigt einmal mehr, dass der Krieg in Afghanistan nicht zu gewinnen ist. Terror kann man nicht mit Krieg bekämpfen. Wir wiederholen deshalb unsere Forderung: Schluss mit dem Krieg in Afghanistan! Die Bundeswehr hat dort nichts verloren. Der Abzug der deutschen Truppen muss sofort beginnen. Der Abzug der Bundeswehr aus Afghanistan ist das Beste für die Sicherheit der deutschen Soldaten.

US-led attack kills 4 Afghan civilians

The US-led forces fired a missile which missed its target and hit the residential building. Parts of the structure were damaged in the incident, a Press TV correspondent reported on Wedneday.

Afghan war kills two children daily
