Schade, die EU-Kommission hat eine Chance vertan. Die Klimaziele, die sie bis 2030 erreichen will, sind völlig ungenügend und es geht wieder einmal zulasten der Armen in der Welt. Wie will Europa die Schwellenländer zu eigenen Klimaschutzanstrengungen motivieren, wenn die EU selbst ihrer Verantwortung nicht gerecht wird? Ein Standpunkt von Thomas Hirsch
