Aktuell ist eine Beschwerde aufgrund eines Sanktionsbescheides nach nach § 31 SGB II gegen eine Hartz IV Bezieherin vor dem Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte anhängig. Das zuständige Jobcenter hatte im Jahre 2007 die ALG II-Leistungen aufgrund der bloßen Mitteilung eines Mitarbeiters einer Zeitarbeitsfirma gekürzt, der gesagt hatte, die Betroffene habe den Job gar nicht haben wollen.
