Nach der Verabschiedung der Hartz-IV-Reform hat Arbeitsministerin Ursula von der Leyen zugesichert, sie werde die im Rahmen des Hartz-Kompromisses vereinbarten Mindestlöhne für Zeitarbeit zügig umsetzen. Die CDU-Politikerin kündigte an, die Lohnuntergrenzen für die Zeitarbeit sollen noch vor dem 1. Mai in Kraft treten. Denn von da an gilt die Freizügigkeit für Arbeitnehmer aus osteuropäischen EU-Staaten. Das sorge "wasserdicht dafür, dass Zeitarbeit ab Mai auch aus anderen Ländern Europas bei uns nur zu fairen Preisen angeboten werden kann". DGB-Chef Michael Sommer begrüßte die Mindestlohn-Pläne für die Zeitarbeitsbranche. Andernfalls wären "Polen und andere Länder in Osteuropa zum Leiharbeits-Paradies für Deutschland und Westeuropa" gemacht worden, sagte er der Bild-Zeitung?? Weitere Rechtseinschnitte im Windschatten der Hartz-IV-Politschmiere

Bisher konnte durch Hartz-IV-Beziehende die Überprüfung ihrer Bescheide für Sozialleistungen rückwirkend innerhalb einer
4-Jahres-Frist verlangt werden. So konnten z. B. Nachzahlungen bei zu geringen Leistungen oder bei Sanktionen erwirkt werden. Mit den jüngsten Änderungen bei Hartz IV wurde diese Frist auf ein Jahr reduziert. Dazu erklärt Katja Kipping, stellvertretende Vorsitzende der Partei DIE LINKE:

Bei der Bearbeitung der Leistungen waren in den letzten Jahren viele Rechtsfragen ungeklärt. Es gab auch erhebliche Unsicherheit bei der Sachbearbeitung. Daher sind gerade die Bescheide aus der Vergangenheit besonders oft rechtswidrig. Das betraf z. B. Leistungs- und Sanktionsbescheide, Bescheide zu Mehrbedarfen oder Bescheide zur Kürzung der Kosten der Unterkunft. Die jüngst von den Hartz-IV-Parteien beschlossene Reduktion der möglichen Überprüfungszeit ist ein weiteres Beispiel, wie im Windschatten der Hartz-IV-Politschmiere weitere Rechte der Betroffenen ausgehebelt werden. DIE LINKE fordert die sofortige Zurücknahme dieser Rechtseinschnitte. Den Betroffenen wird angeraten, schnell Anträge auf Überprüfung für zurückliegende Bescheide zu stellen, um nicht Verluste zu erleiden.

Hartz IV Bezieher müssen bis 35 Prozent mehr für Stromkosten zahlen, als in dem Stromkostenanteil vorgesehen ist

Hartz IV Verhandlungsergebnis ist erbärmlich

Die Verhandlungen zwischen SPD und Bundesregierung endeten gestern Nacht mit dem Ergebnis, dass die Hartz-IV Regelleistungen um wie geplant fünf Euro in diesem Jahr ansteigen. Im zweiten Schritt sollen die Regelsätze noch einmal um 3 Euro ab Jahresbeginn 2012 angehoben werden. Die Grünen hatten wohl weißlich die Verhandlungen im Vorfeld abgebrochen und sind ausgestiegen. Die Linke wurde erst gar nicht zu dem Treffen der Verhandlungsgruppe eingeladen, so dass der Kompromiss nur zwischen Union, FDP und SPD ausgehandelt wurde.
