Das Schmankerl der rot-grünen Bundesregierung aus Clement-Zeiten, den deutschen Niedriglohnsektor nach Belieben ausgestalten zu dürfen, wäre allerdings ebenso dahin - und, wie wir Leiharbeiterinnen und Leiharbeitern in der ALAID uns wünschen, ein Schmankerl, das schon lange abgeschafft sein sollte. Nichtsdestotrotz hat sich die DGB-Tarifkommission Zeitarbeit mit dem Heraufschrauben(!) ihrer Tarifverträge auf CGZP-Niveau das Schmankerl natürlich bis Herbst 2013 gesichert - vielleicht, damit die Winter der IG-Metall nicht zu wild werden.?

?Die These einer Überforderung der Unternehmen durch zu hohe und zudem steigende Lohnnebenkosten, insbesondere durch die Arbeitgeberbeiträge zur Sozialversicherung, beherrscht seit Jahren die beschäftigungs- und sozialpolitische Debatte. Befürchtet wird, dass der Faktor Arbeit zu stark belastet wird, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Unternehmen sinkt und die Beschäftigungschancen zurückgehen. Die Entlastung der Betriebe durch ein Einfrieren der Arbeitgeberbeiträge und eine entsprechende Mehrbelastung der Versicherten prägt die Entwicklung in der Rentenversicherung (Finanzierung der betrieblichen und privaten Altersvorsorge allein durch die Arbeitnehmer) wie in der Krankenversicherung (Finanzierung der Sonderbeiträge und Zusatzbeiträge bzw. Kopfpauschalen allein durch die Versicherten). Die empirischen Befunde aus der Arbeitskostenerhebung des Statistischen Bundesamtes zeigen hingegen, dass der Anteil der Lohnnebenkosten an den gesamten Arbeitskosten keinesfalls übermäßig hoch ist und im Verlauf der letzten Jahre leicht gesunken ist..?
