Von dieser Warte aus betrachtet ist die am gestrigen Donnerstag vom Bundestag beschlossene Anhebung der Geringfügigkeitsgrenze und damit der Abgabenfreiheit für den Beschäftigten bei sogenannten Minijobs von 400 auf 450 Euro nur konsequent: Die Unternehmen, die Millionen von Billigjobbern eingesetzt haben, dürften durch die Änderung kaum mehr belastet werden. Statt dessen könnte sie sich sogar als willkommene Marketingmaßnahme erweisen. Beim momentan sehr hohen Beschäftigungsgrad der Bevölkerung wird es immer schwieriger, Leute mit miesen Löhnen zur Arbeit zu motivieren.
