Entsprechendes Gerangel gab es um den ersten Entwurf zum 4. Armuts- und Reichtumsbericht (ARB-E alt) zwischen Arbeitsministerin von der Leyen und Wirtschaftsminister Rösler. Dessen Version des Armuts- und Reichtumszeugnisses, das die jeweilige Regierung sich ausstellt, hat das Kabinett nun am 6. März gebilligt.
