Was der Bericht des japanischen Parlaments über die Fukushima-Katastrophe enthüllt, ist erschütternd: Nicht der Tsunami hat die Nuklear-Katastrophe ausgelöst, sondern menschliches Versagen. Viele Meiler in Japan sind in dem von Erdbeben geplagten Land nicht gegen Erdbeben geschützt, sondern auf Erdbeben-Gebieten errichtet. Bislang hatte der japanische Atombetreiber Tepco immer behauptet, der Tsunami sei die eigentliche Ursache gewesen. Jetzt wissen wir es amtlich: Es waren die Erdbeben. Und die gibt es nicht nur in Japan.
