Der Hartz-IV-Satz soll so niedrig und mit so vielen Sanktionen verbunden sein, dass viele Menschen Erwerbsarbeit zu fast jeden Preis annehmen. Viele verzichten ganz auf Leistungen auf Hartz IV, weil sie nicht bereit sind, den vielfältigen damit verbundenen Einschränkungen zuzustimmen. Das würde sich auch nicht ändern, wenn der Regelsatz um 36 Euro erhöht würde. Anders wäre es, wenn höchstrichterlich die Verfassungswidrigkeit der Sanktionen entschieden würde. BP Blamed for Ongoing Health Problems
