Er wußte, dass die Behauptung, sein Referatsleiter habe eigenmächtig Akten vernichtet, die nichts enthalten, was die neonazistische Mordserie der NSU und die Rolle der Verfolgungsorgane darin aufklären könnten, nicht lange hält. Ein Leitender Beamter riskiert nicht seinen Job, um bedeutungslose Akten zu vernichten. Ein Referatsleiter handelt nicht eigenmächtig, wenn er die Generalbundesanwaltschaft und den Untersuchungsausschuss belügt. Würden die Akten aus der Operation ''Rennsteig'' belegen können, dass der Verfassungschutz keine heiße Spur, keine (V-Mann-)Kontakte zu den ehemaligen Mitgliedern des Thüringer Heimmatschutzes/THS hatte, hätte man sie vorgelegt, wie ein Alibi herumgereicht. Zusammenfassung: ''Während der deutsche konservative Wohlfahrtsstaat über einen sehr langen Zeitraum ein hohes Beharrungsvermögen verfügte, griff die Hartz IV-Reform tief in seine Leistungsstrukturen ein. Mit ihr wurde ein leistungsrechtlicher Strukturwandel verwirklicht, der die passive Absicherung durch Lohnersatzleistungen bei Arbeitslosigkeit erheblich reduziert hat, den Einkommens- und Berufsschutz faktisch abgeschafft und eine einheitliche organisatorische Anlaufstelle für Langzeitarbeitslose geschaffen hat. Das Forschungsprojekt hatte zum Ziel, die politische Dynamik der Reform zu analysieren. Die Forschungsergebnisse auf der Grundlage von 40 Interviews mit Schlüsselakteuren der Reform legen nahe, dass die Reform aufgrund eines Zusammentreffens zweier Entwicklungen erfolgte: der Umorientierung der Schlüsselakteure in der Arbeitsmarktpolitik in Richtung der Begrenzung der Statussicherung für Langzeitarbeitslose im Interesse einer stärkeren Aktivierung von Arbeitslosen und die Anfang 2003 sich verstärkende Krise der fiskalischen und personellen Verschiebepolitik zwischen Bundeshaushalt, Sozialversicherungen und Gemeindehaushalten.''

Denn jährlich würden die Sozialversicherungen mit 500 Millionen Euro belastet, weil Leiharbeiter mit zu geringen Einkommen zusätzliche Leistungen in Anspruch nehmen müßten. »Das heißt, wir geben 500 Millionen aus, damit Unternehmen ihre Beschäftigten schlecht bezahlen können«, kritisierte der Gewerkschaftsvize. Dieses Argument zieht nicht nur bei Leiharbeit, sondern auch bei Werkverträgen, die mittlerweile ein ebenso großes Problem sind. »In Großbetrieben werden Tätigkeiten ausgegliedert, die dann als schlechter bezahlte Arbeit über Werkverträge wieder in den Betrieb hineinkommen«, erläuterte Wetzel. Doch auch hier spielt Leiharbeit eine Rolle, denn viele der über Werkverträge Beschäftigten sind selbst wiederum Leiharbeiter. So können betriebliche Vereinbarungen umgangen werden, die bei BMW und anderswo die Zahlung des tariflichen Grundlohns an Leiharbeiter festschreiben. Die IG Metall werde deshalb nach der Sommerpause eine eigene Kampagne zu Werkverträge starten, kündigte Wetzel an??

Dabei werden wohl SGB II- Bezieher aus der ganzen Region zwangsverpflichtet dort zu erscheinen. Erscheinen sie nicht oder bringen sie nicht sechs vollständige Bewerbungsmappen mit, seien sie zu sanktionieren. Allen davon Betroffenen ist zu empfehlen, vorher die Kostenübernahme für entsprechende Bewerbungsmappen, Frisuren, angemessener Bekleidung, einschließlich Fahrtkosten zu beantragen. Auch wäre ein fantasievoller Besuch des ?Sklavenmarktes? durch Erwerbslosenaktivisten gewiss spannend. Unter dem Deckmantel von ''fordern und fördern'' begannen mit der Einsetzung der Kommission unter Leitung des inzwischen rechtskräftig wegen Untreue verurteilten Peter Hartz ein in unserer Republik beispielloser Abbau sozialer Rechte und eine rigide Deregulierung des Arbeitsmarktes. Die Hartz-Gesetze üben, vor allem durch den spätestens nach einem Jahr Erwerbslosigkeit drohenden Absturz in Hartz IV, so massiven Druck auf die Beschäftigten aus, dass Lohnzurückhaltung und der Ausbau eines Niedriglohnsektors auf inzwischen 6 Millionen Erwerbstätige zu einer gewaltigen Umverteilung des Volkseinkommens geführt haben. Während Gewinne und Vermögenseinkommen jährlich im zweistelligen Bereich anwuchsen, sanken die Erwerbseinkommen preisbereinigt. Das vorgebliche Ziel von Hartz IV, die Langzeiterwerbslosigkeit einzudämmen, wurde jedoch klar verfehlt. Deutschland hat, nach einem Sonderbericht der Bundesagentur für Arbeit, den höchsten Anteil an Langzeiterwerbslosen in ganz Europa. Die Schere zwischen arm und reich klafft durch die Agenda 2010 immer weiter auseinander. Millionen Menschen sind durch Hartz IV dauerhaft aus unserer Gesellschaft ausgegrenzt, ältere Erwerbslose werden mit Kürzungen zwangsverrentet und die Kinderarmut in Deutschland sucht in Europa ihresgleichen. Nach einer Bestandsaufnahme der Feantsa im Auftrag der Europäischen Kommission lebt die Hälfte aller Obdachlosen Europas in Deutschland. 500.000 Obdachlose, eine Million von den Tafeln ernährte Menschen und laut DIW ist jedes fünfte Kind arm, aber Deutschland ist Exportweltmeister. Die Hartz-Gesetze haben durch ihre Wirkung auf die Lohnentwicklung in Deutschland Auswirkungen auf ganz Europa und sind letztlich Ursache für die Probleme vieler Staaten wie Griechenland. Dieser von SPD und Grünen initiierte, und von den Folgeregierungen noch verschärfte Sozialbau, hat aus deren Sicht seinen Zweck erreicht: Der deutschen Wirtschaft geht es besser als anderen Staaten. Das persönliche Schicksal der meisten Menschen spielt dabei keine Rolle. DIE LINKE hat eine andere Vorstellung von Menschenwürde. Deshalb bleiben wir dabei: Wir fordern eine Erwerbslosenversicherung, die den Namen verdient und Hartz IV muss weg! Wir brauchen eine sanktionsfreie Mindestsicherung oberhalb der Armutsrisikogrenze, gleiche Chancen für alle Kinder, ein Ende der Dreiklassenmedizin und eine Rücknahme aller Rentenkürzungen. Wir wollen eine solidarische Gesellschaft, in der alle Menschen in Würde leben können. So, wie es unser Grundgesetz vorschreibt.
