Subject: [FPE] Fwd: Starting in June 2005, the draft is coming back

From: Billy-Joe Mauldin <wildbill2@aeneas.net>

Greetings, gentlemen.  This is some bad news which applies to us all.
In one year, starting in June 2005, the draft is coming back, only this is the draft on steroids.  This is not the draft that was being protested 35 years ago.
There will be no college deferrment, no consciencous-objector status, women will be drafted, and there will be no going to Canada;  2 years ago, the Canadian Gov't. signed a deal with the administration- in the event of the reinstatement of the American draft, Canada would provide no haven for draft resistors.
So, as I'm listening to this on the radio last night, I'm thinking,  "Gee, am I glad I'm 42!". Then the other shoe fell,  and heads-up, Doc, Jeff & Eddie, this is why I'm sending this to you:  The draft will apply to everyone between the ages of 18 and 49!  This is going to be a model of the Israeli system, and there are presently tens of thousands of Israelis who refuse to serve and are in prison as a result.
Eddie, this applies to you, sir: Professional people over the age of 26 are likely to be put into the military for their professional skills.
Lest anyone think this is incorrect rumour-mongering,  please check out 2 websites:
www.nodraft.infowww.infowars.com. Also, legislation has been introduced, "The Universal National Service Act of 2003".  It is S89 in the Senate http://tinyurl.com/3ybhz and HR163 in the House.
People who are not put into the military will be required to perform 20 to 30 hours of work per week in their neighborhoods and towns on behalf of the Dept. of Homeland Security.
(Doc and Joe Citizen:  hey, guys, here come the brownshirts! ) These hopped-up neighborhood watch groups will be the gestapo tattle-tale squads we've been expecting for years.
I hate to send bad news to anyone, but some things we need to know.  Again, go to nodraft.info  and  infowars.com, check it out, get educated and stay aware.  Everybody be cool!
