Sicher ist Ihnen die Mikrowellentechnologie schon lange bekannt. Mit Mikrowellentechnologie wurde der 2. Weltkieg entschieden. Durch das damals neue Mikrowellen-Radar gelang den Alliierten die erfolgreiche Landung in der Normandie. Schließlich wurden Mikrowellen auch von deutschen Militärs im Russlandfeldzug als Waffe eingesetzt. Schon vor 60 Jahren war die Basistechnik für Mikrowellenwaffen vorhanden und funktionierte. Es ist allgemein bekannt, dass in den 60er Jahren die amerikanische Botschaft in Moskau mit Mikrowellenwaffen bestrahlt wurde und die Angestellten krank wurden und nach und nach an Krebs starben.

Mikrowellenwaffen eignen sich auch vorzüglich für Terroraktionen und Verbrechen. Mit Mikrowellen kann man z.B. Flugzeuge beim Starten und Landen herunterholen, sowie Kraftwerke und Stromnetze lahm legen.

Bereits im 2 Gefahrenbericht der Schutzkommission beim Bundesminister des Innern, 2001, Seite 40, wird vor Mikrowellenwaffen und entsprechenden Terrormöglichkeiten gewarnt: "Zunehmende Aufmerksamkeit ist den sogenannten HPM.Quellen zu widmen. (HPM=High Power Microwave).... HPM -Waffen können relativ einfach und ohne aufwendige Kosten von Zivilpersonen aus handelsüblichen Komponenten gefertigt und zu Sabotage- oder Erpressungszwecken eingesetzt werden."

Diese Technologie wird tatsächlich auch von Mikrowellenverbrechern benutzt. Man kann mit Hochleistungsmikrowellen nicht nur Elektronik, sondern auch Menschen in einem Haus bestrahlen. In Deutschland werden Menschen seit über zehn Jahren heimlich und gegen ihren Willen in ihren Wohnungen durch Wände hindurch gezielt und in körperverletzender Weise mit Mikrowellen gequält, gefoltert und getötet.

Mit diesen Mikrowellenverbrechen wird permanent gegen das Recht auf Leben und körperliche Unversehrtheit verstoßen und die Menschenwürde missachtet. Außerdem sind diese willkürlichen Menschenversuche ethisch nicht vertretbar weil die freie Zustimmung der Opfer fehlt. Gegen die spurenlose Bestrahlung mit Mikrowellenwaffen, die schwere Schädigungen hervorrufen, sowie gegen die Folter und mögliche Tötung/ Ermordung können sich die Opfer nicht schützen. Die Polizeien der Länder sind nicht mit speziellen Messgeräten ausgerüstet und mit der Verfolgung dieser Verbrechen überfordert.

In der Ärztezeitung vom 8.12.2004 konnten wir lesen: „Britische Ärzte verlangen Ächtung von Genwaffen."

Wir wissen, dass sich die Kirchen bei der Ächtung der Landminen erfolgreich eingesetzt haben. Die Opfer hoffen, dass sich die Kirchen genauso erfolgreich für die Ächtung von Mikrowellen-Verbrechen einsetzen.

In der Schweiz ist bei Gigaherz erst ein Fall von Mirowellenterror bekannt. Ein Arzt, Dr. med. und Forscher auf dem Gebiete der Elektrosensibilität, wurde nach seinen eigenen Angaben von 2 ETH-Physikstudenten mit einem zu einer Strahlenkanone umgebauten Mikrowellenherd von einer Nachbarwohnung aus dermaßen terrorisiert, dass er arbeitsunfähig wurde und den Wohnort wechseln musste. Die Untersuchungsbehörden nahmen den Fall überhaupt nicht ernst. Im Gegenteil, sie versuchten den Arzt als geistesgestört zu erklären.

Es gibt Menschen in unserem Lande, denen wird das Leben besonders schwer gemacht: Menschen, die sich für die Bewahrung der Schöpfung, für den Erhalt gesunder Lebensgrundlagen, für ein jedem Menschen von Gott gegebenes Leben in Würde und Freiheit einsetzen, die gegen globalisierende Ungerechtigkeit, gegen Lenkung der Politik durch mächtige Lobbys und Großkonzerne kämpfen: sie alle (wie auch die „Whistleblower“) sind missliebig, stören den geplanten Fortgang und werden zu einem nicht unerheblichen Teil drangsaliert und zum Teil körperlich gefoltert.

Wer sich für Wahrheit und das wirkliche, echte, gute, von Gott geschenkte Leben einsetzt, hat es nicht leicht. Diese Menschen, von denen ich inzwischen einige kenne und die ausnahmslos alle geistig völlig normal sind, empfinden vielleicht wie der Beter von Ps. 44, 23: „Doch um Deinetwillen werden wir täglich getötet, wir sind geachtet wie Schlachtschiffe.“ Doch kein finsteres Reich besteht auf ewig, auch wenn sich einige jetzt noch so fühlen wie in Offb. 12,11 beschrieben: „Sie haben ihr Leben nicht geliebt bis an den Tod.“ (Es gibt keine bessere Beschreibung für die Jetzt-Zeit als die Offenbarung des Johannes, zu diesem Schluss kommt man, wenn man sich jahrelang mit Informationen beschäftigt, die die Öffentlichkeit gar nicht wissen soll.)

Einige Hintergründe: Mitte der 60er Jahre wurde die amerikanische Botschaft in Moskau mit Mikrowellen bestrahlt. Krankheiten, Leukämie und Todesfälle waren die Folgen. Dies wird inzwischen nicht mehr abgestritten, ist allgemein bekannt. Mind-Control-Forschung gab es bereits im Nazi-Reich, die deutschen Spezialisten wurden nach dem Krieg klammheimlich in die USA geholt. Dort gibt es einen Haufen Patente für elektromagnetische Beeinflussungen des Körpers durch technische Geräte (einige Patente liefen auch über meinen Verteiler). Auch Moskau und die DDR waren recht weit mit psychotronischen Waffen (Beleg: z.B. ZDF-Film vom 22.12.1998: „Geheimes Russland: Die Zombies der roten Zaren). Mit der Wiedervereinigung wurden diese „Spezialisten“ aus dem Osten nicht etwa gefeuert, sondern in die deutschen „Dienste“ integriert: ihr Wissen war zu wertvoll, als es einfach ungenutzt liegen zu lassen. Auch Focus und Spiegel und andere Organe veröffentlichten Zusammenstellungen von sogenannten „non-lethal-weapons“ (lief auch über meinen Verteiler). Auch hier sind einige Filme ausgestrahlt worden (z.B. über Fa. Waffen Diehl).

UPDATE ON CONGRESSIONAL MEETINGS AND RALLY IN WASHINGTON D.C.

The events in Washington D.C. last week were important steps for our cause. On Thursday and Friday, we met with seventeen politicians or legislative assistants. Phone calls were received from at least ten other offices asking to schedule appointments in response to our letters. It is likely that more phone calls from congressional offices will be received in the near future.

The individuals who attended the congressional meetings were Harlan Girard, Ted Gunderson, Mary Ann Stratton, John Allman, and Dr. Le Roy Gillam. Cheryl Welsh provided a letter about her views on ending the misuse of electromagnetic weapons. (A copy of Cheryl’s letter is at the bottom of this email.)

The report that we presented to Congress was titled “Electronic weapons could endanger national security.”

Five basic topics were discussed with legislators.

(1) Electronic weapons are for sale on the internet.

(2) There are sophisticated electronic weapons and related technology that have fallen into the hands of criminals or high tech terrorists.

(3) Laws that allow human experiments without informed consent should be repealed and replaced.

(4) Some legislators expressed an interest in privacy rights or group stalking.

(5) Our volunteers will write several bills for Congress to be presented in January 2006. It is better for us to take charge of this project to speed up the process, and to make sure that our interpretation of the new laws are conveyed properly.

Two letters were received from the Secret Service and the Inspector General. In the near future, an email will be sent to explain how some of you can help us.

Two non-government attorneys expressed an interest in new legislation about electronic weapons.

Cheryl Welsh suggested that one of the goals of this rally (and also the congressional meetings) should be to legitimize the issue. We were successful in getting politicians or their legislative assistants to start talking about electronic weapons and related technology.

Our group leaders should be allowed to take charge of this new approach with Congress for a short while. Several individuals agree that it is important NOT to continue contacting congressional offices or law enforcement. At this time, sending documentation or telling them personal stories usually does not help our cause. Personal stories should be saved for a meeting in the future.

Unfortunately it rained on the day of the rally. The Weather Channel predicted an 80-100% chance of rain. The rally was moved indoors to the Days Hotel and Conference Center. Volunteers placed a sign at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial directing participants to the new location. However, we were told that the sign was not left there for a long time. A second rally site should have been included in the email announcement in the event of rain. We apologize to those who traveled to D.C. and were not able to contact us to find the new location of the rally.

A letter from Cheryl Welsh

As director of Mind Justice, I thank you for your interest in my views on electromagnetic weapons.

I will be brief and to the point as after almost fifteen years of working on this issue, my views have become strong as to what Mind Justice can do to remedy this problem. Washington D.C. is a great starting point and as a law student, I have learned just how important laws can be. And we know that electromagnetic weapons have been unregulated and that laws are needed. The rally is a great starting point in organizing and defining the issue. My view is that Congress can do much for this issue.

First,

information is needed to document the problem. Congress can order GAO reports, or General Accounting Office reports. Your congressman can authorize such a report. The public needs reliable facts and information on this issue. So your work at this rally is a critical starting point.

Next,

Congress can then work on laws for electromagnetic weapons regulation. Many of you have done so much and have shared your hard to find information on this issue. Now that information gathering is making a difference. Emilia Cherkova’s human rights groups reported in Russian newspapers, and shared their information on Russian laws to control electromagnetic weapons in Russia with American human rights groups like Mind Justice. Since the break up of the Soviet Union in 1989, the problem of electromagnetic weapons has been taken seriously and reported in Russian newspapers.

Just this year, the American press has reported on the Russian laws. A Los Angeles Times, January 29, 2005 article entitled “Giving Until It Hurts” by Kim Murphy, stated that “In 2001, President Vladimir V. Putin signed into law a bill making it illegal to employ ‘electromagnetic, infrasound…radiators’ and other weapons of ‘psychotronic influence’ with intent to cause harm. An official note attached to the bill said Russian scientists were trying to create ‘effective methods of influence of humans at a distance.’” A copy of this bill in Russian is posted on my web site and also background information on the law.

Criminals or terrorists are able to buy and use police or military electronic or electromagnetic weapons. Legislation should be passed that limits the sale, purchase, manufacture, possession or use of electronic or electromagnetic devices or weapons from the internet, mail order, retail or wholesale stores and other sources.

There is a strong indication that criminals are using electronic weapons against innocent civilians, including many patriotic Americans. The weapons could also be used against the police or military. Regulating the availability and use of technology improves national security.

There are thousands of web links on the internet where criminals or terrorists are able to purchase police or military electronic technology. Two of the many weapons that are available for sale are (1) a Taser with a laser sight that works even through bullet proof vests and (2) a stun gun that delivers a 900,000 volt charge.

On August 28, 2005 the Washington Post reported a news story titled “Lightning guns, heat rays, weapons that can make you hear the voice of God. This is what happens when the war on terror meets the entrepreneurial spirit.”

A condensed version of the story states that Pete Bitar is the president of Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems. At a trade show, HE NOTICED THAT FOREIGN MILITARIES WERE THE MOST INTERESTED IN HIS LASER WEAPONS. “IT’S KIND OF WEIRD, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO WEAPONS, YOU’D RATHER ARM YOUR OWN COUNTRY THAN SOMEONE ELSE.” BUT HE SHRUGGED AND ADDED, “A CUSTOMER IS A CUSTOMER.”

Police or military electronic or electromagnetic equipment that is significantly more sophisticated than the weapons listed above are also available for sale from many different sources.

On August 7, 2005, Fox News reported that at least three California men died within the week after they were shot by police with Taser stun guns. The article also stated that more than 140 people nationwide have died after being shot by the device since 2001.

Michigan and Massachusetts already passed laws about the misuse of electronic or electromagnetic devices or weapons. House Enrolled Bills 4513 and 4514 from Michigan took effect on January 1, 2004. The laws provide for a possible life sentence in prison if someone is convicted of using equipment that causes personal injury or death. Bill 4513 section 200h, subsections (k) and (m) (vii), and Bill 4514 section 200i (1), subsection (d), briefly describe harmful electromagnetic devices or weapons. Scientists around the world develop outstanding technology. If the inventions are used properly, the benefits are positive and peaceful. Unfortunately, some of the electronic equipment that scientists produced was acquired by criminals or terrorists. Dr. John Norseen is a Lockheed Martin neuroengineer.
