I. Detection of Directed Energies
There are several types of directed energy waves and media as follows:
1. Ordinary hertzian radio & electrical magnetic (em) waves which are
transverse waves which oscillate up and down or north to south. These
waves include the cosmic, ultraviolet, infrared, ordinary TV and Radio
waves, and extremely low frequency or elf waves.
2. Nonhertzian electrical and sound waves, which are longitudinal
waves which oscillate sideways, back and forth or east and west. These
waves include pure electrical waves, static electricity, and all sound
waves such as sonar, and ultrasound. Longitudinal waves are
perpendicular to transverse waves. These waves may be created by using
nonlinear parametric em circuits which cancel out the magnetic
energies, to create pure electrical energies or voltage wave
oscillations by using a capacitor and a series of magnetic coils
placed perpendicular to each other in all three x, y, and z directions.
3. Scalar or holographic media waves, which may be a combination of
two waves from the above herzian em and nonherzian electrical or sound
waves, which interfere and combine to make a complex holographic wave
or potential wave which has no energy that can be detected until it
reaches its destination point. These waves need two metal plates
placed at a distance apart to detect both of the scalar waves.
Electroscaler waves may also be photonic and neutrino energyies which
travel 1.5 times the speed of light and may pass through metals and
substances by means of photonic tunneling. Please search the internet

If we create a series of alternating conductors (metal) and insulators
(dielectric) (rubber or insulating dielectric metal), for instance 4
(rubber, metal, rubber, metal), which are energized with a whole set
of full spectrum frequencies in parallel by a set of frequency
generators in the magneticelectrical current in the conductors and in
the potential electromagneticscalar wave voltages in the insulators;
and which are grounded and connected to current and voltage batteries
and capacitor plates, used to power the current and voltage in each of
the metal and rubber conductors, we may then be able to channel all of
the full spectrum of directed energies from the magneticelectrical and
electricalmagnetic current, the scalar wave voltages, and the photonic
into a ground, a series of capacitor plates, and the batteries so that
they do not pass through the energized alternating metal and rubber
walls.
It is very important that a frequency for all of the frequencies from
0 to the highest energy frequency be generated in each metal conductor
and rubber insulator to capture all possible energy frequencies,
otherwise they may slip through. Instead of using rubber as an
insulator is may be possible to use alternating metals or hardened
plastics which act as conductors and insulators to make the force
field walls stronger and more compact. Antigravity space ships use
alternating hybridmetals as conductors and insulators such as ordinary
metal or aluminum and mu metal or the antimagnetic metals such as
niobium or bismuth. The current and voltage levels used in the
conductors and insulators may need to be very high energy levels in
all of the full spectrum frequencies from 0 to the highest frequency,
and normally a series of capacitors plates are used to store up energy
to generate high energies, and since the conductors and insulators are
connected to the capacitor plates and batteries then we may use the
directed energies targeting the force field metal plates and energy to
power the force fields, so that no matter how much energy is directed
at the force fields the force fields become stronger by using those
same energies.
The magnetoelectrocurrent placed into the metal conductors as stated
above, should generate an opposite potential electromagneticscalarwave
voltage in the rubber conductors, but if this is not strong enough we
may have to use an electromagneticscalarwave voltage generator to
amplify the scalar wave voltage in the rubber, which I believe is
similar to a Van Der Graf static electrical generator used to generate
high energy static electrical tesla waves.
Several layers (at least 4) of ordinary screen door wire coated with
rubberized paint energized by ordinary batteries connecting the
batteries from the output to the screen wire with car battery clips
and connecting the screen wire to the car battery input and connected
to a series of capacitor plates with a small power source and series
of frequency generators covering the full spectrum from 0 herz to
gigaherz may be enough to jam out most directed energy beams. I may
also contract out Sandista National Laboratories to develop a flexible
plastic wall paper which has several layers (at least 4) of conducting
and nonconducting plastic materials in it to be energized by batteries
and recharge the batteries with a small power source and series of
capacitor plates to jam out directed energy beams. Futhermore, I may
also contract out Sandista National Laboratories to develop a sound
proof vacuum micro ball flexible insulation foam around 7 inches thick
to be used as insulation and to jam out sound waves as posted at

Magnetoelectrocurrent or standard current in copper wires refers to
the vortex of magnetic current which has the electrical component
hidden inside of the magnetic vortex so that it cannot be seen, while
the electricalmagnetic voltage or standard scalar wave voltage in
rubber refers to the electrical vortex which has the magnetic
component hidden inside of the electrical vortex so that it can not be
seen. The vortex of magnetoelectrocurrent in conductors generates and
opposite potential vortex of electricalmagnetic voltage in dielectrics
or insulators sometimes called a scalar wave.
Earlier and more detailed ideas:
Electroscalar photonic and neutrino energy waves that travel at 1.5
times the speed of light may be jammed and guided by slowing down the
speed of the waves to less than the speed of light so that they cannot
travel through substances by means of photonic tunneling; and they may
also be jammed by reversing and alternating the polarity (+ - to - +),
phase, group phase, amplitude, time, and frequency of the energy in a
metallic object randomly, inversely, and resonantly.
Most natural biological systems use low current volts per meter
energies from 10^-4 to 10^1 in the frequency ranges from 0 hz to 10
Megahertz to control muscles and other biological functions. We need
to make sure that the jamming energy frequencies are the inverse of
the above currents from 10^-4 to 10^-1 and in the frequency ranges
from 0hz to 10 Megahertz. We also may need to make sure that we do
not jam out natural communication frequencies such as feelings, smell,
and other senses that are in the range of the low currents and
frequencies above.
Photonic, quantum, and electrical tunneling can also be guided,
collected, redirected, jamed, processed or controlled by projecting
multiple light, sound, microwave, and quantum energies in a force
field at different wavelengths, times, frequencies, and phases, with
a gun oscillator to guide the photonic energies into a energy trap or
battery. Time varying voltage sources with spectral components at
frequencies corresponding to the charging energy (typically 10 GHz)
will significantly increase tunneling rates, because it will generate
photons of sufficient energy to overcome the charging energy barrier.
Phase and group velocities of energy waves are not restricted to light
speed. If we randomly change the phase and group velocity of a metal
then we can jam energy passing through the metal at faster than light
speeds. Also randomly changing the thermal and quantum flux energy in
metal can effect the capicitance of the metal. Nonlinear polymers
(3BCMO) (Poly3Butoxylcarboxylmethylmethane) can also be used to guide
the photons.
If we create a series of metal plates (perhaps 3 ,a few inches or a
few feet apart), each with its own capacitor plate connected to
batteries, where each metal plate is lined with copper or zinc,
palladium, lead, antimagnetic mu metal, aluminum, and ceramics; and we
then energize the metal plates with electrical energy alternating in
random, inverse, resonant and split second patterns of frequency,
phase, amplitude, current and group velocity, time, thermal energy,
and in polarity (+- or North (N) to South (S) to -+ or S to N), we
may be able to jam out and create an energy sink which collects all
forms of radiation, electromagnetic, sound, and electroscalar waves
and pulls them into the metal plates and capacitors to be used to
strengthen the energy wave force field jammer above and prevent the
energy waves from passing through the metal to get to a target object.
In place of metal plates, we may also be able to use a series
projected energy beams or shells which create a cubical energy force
field to collect, jam, filter, and rechannel the harmfull or
undesireable energies. We only need to set up a series of mirrors
along the whole length of 8 metal poles or antennas placed in a
cubical form along the area of a room or we may be able to also use
fiber optical cables with mirrors in them instead of metal poles, and
then project a set and series of infrared and electroscalar wave
holographic energy beams comming from and generated by a computer,
which each capture, fitler, jam, and channel harmfull and undesirable
energies from the room.
We can also try to resonate the frequencies, phase, group, time, and
polarity of a projected energy force field on the metal plates with
the incoming scalar wave energies to capture them and direct them into
a energy trap or battery. We would need a computer and projected
energy sensor force field in front of each metal plate to determine
the resonance of any incoming energies to match them , guide them, and
capture them in a secondary and trinary resonance trap force field so
that they do not pass through the metal plates.
If we can create a computer and sensor device which reads all of the
current energy voltages and frequency ranges around a person, or in an
area around a person, to make sure that they fall within the ranges of
the specific person's desired happy health range which varies from
person to person, we can then create a force field device which
filters out or jams energy patters near, at a distance and on both
sides of a person that can create harmful or undesirable energy
currents in the low volt region and in all frequencies from 0 to 10
Mhz in the person.
Please note that the above idea is hypothetical and has not been
tested yet to work or be safe.
4. There are also subatomic particle beams, waves, and radar ionic gas
plasmas, such as electronic ion plasma clouds, neutrino's which are
nonelectric or magnetic, tacheyons which are time particles and waves,
and gravity particles and waves. These waves may be created by
magnetic accelerometers, atomic lasers, and jacob's ladder anode and
cathode plasma antennas, and placed into a directed energy beam.
Subatomic particles may be rotated up or down, to change the
properties of the subatomic particle to be antigravitational,
antimatter, or reverse in time. A typical atomic particle or wave may
be viewed as a holographic vortex like toroid which has 137 rings
wrapped around the toroid traveling at 13 times the speed of light,
and 2 rings in the toroid traveling at 2 times the speed of light.
5. Types of directed energies used in mind control and surveillance
1. Neutrons, neutrinos and other subatomic protons which may pass
through metals and most substances and can be jammed and filtered by
high ionic energy waves and particles created by interferometric
scalar light or photonic static cold electrical charges.
2. Scalar charge light photons (no charge) which can pass through
metal and brick and most substances and will not effect electronics
until they meet another photon to create a vector wave in between.
Photons can be jammed and filtered by high ionic energy waves and
particles created by interferometric scalar light or photonic static
cold electrical charges and negative refractive light waves which are
smaller than light waves.
3. Scalar static electrical cold photonic charge waves which may be
photonic scalar charge waves and other charged particle waves.
Electroscaler waves may also be photonic and neutrino energyies which
travel 1.5 times the speed of light and may pass through metals and

Wave Detectors
A series of 4 accelerometers placed on a human body, in the north,
south, east and west directions, will detect elf waves smaller than
1hz and gravity waves which are even smaller than elf waves. Wagner
research laboratory at

accelerometers placed on trees to measure gravity waves changing in
trees, to cause the sap to run in different directions based on the
trees ability to use gravity waves between branches and leaf
formations which match the size of the gravity wave, to affect the
changes in the sap.
Low frequency waves are miles long, and would be very difficult to
detect and deliver to a human target, unless the low frequency wave is
encapsulated in a high frequency wave as a carrier wave. There is an

which shows how ultrasonic waves can be focused like a flashlight to
bounce sound bullets off of walls, and the same technology can be used
to carry sound, ultrasound, sonar, holographic, and infrared waves,
into the skin and organs of a human target.
Also infrared waves have a magnetic component, which can penetrate
deep into the skin. There are also pure electrical waves or static
electrical longitudinal waves created by current changes as opposed to
voltage changes in normal em waves, which can be created by scalar
inteferrometic infrared and sound waves on both sides of a body part,
as well as scalar electric-electric waves, and scalar electric
magnetic waves, which can also be carried by a high frequency carrier
wave to penetrate into the skin and organs. Sound and pure scalar
electrical waves are longitudinal waves, and electrical magnetic waves
are transverse waves perpendicular to the longitudinal waves.
The infrared, elf, em, or sound radiation at two different points
created by 2 scalar waves only needs to create a frequency, heat,
pressure, or energy difference between the outside of the bodies skin
and the inside of the bodies organs or between two body parts on the
outside of the skin, to change the frequencies or volt potential in
the body organs to damage or change the body organs. You would need to
measure the frequencies, pressure, heat, and other biometrics which
change, when both electrical, and magnetic changes occur on the
outside of the body, and on the inside of the body organ, and at all
points around the body to test the volt and current differences in the
body, which may be caused by scalar sound, ultrasound, sonar, and
infrared waves.
There are meters and sensors that can sense and visualize the
electrical magnetic, temperature, energetic, and pressure measures in
and around a human body down to the atomic and nuclear level to test
for voltage, capacitance, heat, energy and pressure differences in the
body to indirectly discover the effects on the body of the surrounding
environmental scalar potential energy waves, whether sound, sonar,
infrared, electric, em, elf, or ultrasonic. You may measure the
differences in voltages, capacitance, temperature, energy, and
pressures on and around a body over a long term with a series of
instruments as listed below:
1. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imagers posted at

a computer can detect the atomic energy spin state and atomic states
in a human object as well as the changes in the chemical and
biological state of cells in a human object. Photonic and infrared
energy states in a human object can also be detected by atomic
microscopes, nuclear magnetic resonance scanners, photon emission
computed tomography, and Superconductive Quantum Interference Devices
(SQUID) where for each human object the magnetic activity may be
recorded from a total of 64 points of the skull (32 points from each
temporal lobe as defined by a recording reference system which is
based on the 10-20 Electrode Placement System.
Subatomic energy states and smaller than light wave energy states in a
human object can be detected with a negative refraction meter made of
negative refractive materieals such as a left-handed composite of
tin-plated copper split rings and wires in a circuit board substrate
as posted at the Photonics web site at www.photonics.com. Also LaSys
Inc. at www.lasysinc.com manufactures a nanotech composite optical
material- tiny glass tubes known as microcavities coated with
particles of silver about 20 to 30 nanometers in size in a fractal
formation- which can amplify light energy by many orders of magnitude
by pumping a light laser through the device.

measure, and image 3 dimensional seismic images of the human body

Intercellular and brain cell communication channels such as photonic,
pheromones, emf, and communication molecules can be imaged using

Ross Adey. M.D. has posted many articles on the biological effects of
electromagnetic forces and for defining the parameters of the "Adey
Window" of activity to describe the cell communication at the

Standard fiber optic cables and photonic imaging sensors placed in AT&
T telephone lines are used by the government and by private
corporations in remote sensing to sense, visualize and image objects
in homes and in the human body at the cellular and chemical level.
Ultrawide band and mixed radio signals as well as photonic light waves
can sense objects in homes through walls and skin.
Private satellites, Global Positioning Service (GPS), airships, and
fiber optic communication sensors and telephone lines can be purchased
to remote sense objects at the cellular level and atomic level by
connecting the above remote sensing devices to the sensors mentioned
in this email and to computer imaging devices.

3. A Thermogram for heat changes in and around the body;

(Superconducting Quantum Interference Device) which operates at 5 DegK
and can detect alternating magnetic fields as small as 10-^14 telsa,
and it can detect small changes in magnetic fields 400m away;
7. A Magnetocardiogram MCG may be used to measure the magnetic fields
around the heart. The magnetic field around the heart is about 5 x
10^-11 telsa. A Magnetoencephalogram MEG may be used to measure the
magnetic fields around the brain. During the alpha rhythm the magnetic
field from the brain is about 1x 10^-13 T. MEG and MCG measure fields
resulting from direct currents which do not show up on an EEG or ECG.
The difference between the waves crests in EEG measurements can detect
the emotions and energies of the human heart pulses.
8. Gravity and force acceleration measurements can be sensed by a
miniature capacitor sensor array in 2 or more dimensions and by
piezoelectric triaxial accelerometers or accelerometer force
transducers. When a seismic mass is attached to the sensitive gauge
element in such a way to allow motion along a specific axis, then the
force transducer is sensitive to acceleration along the axis. Because
the mass is constant, the acceleration is proportional to the force
measured by the force transducer. A=F/M.
9. Energies coming from scalar electrical potential waves can be
sensed by using scalar wave sensors posted at

potential positive electrical sensors such as Van Der Graf static
electrical sensors in 2 or dimensions and a monopolar positive
electrical sensor. Scalar potential energy waves can also be detected

electrical waves target an object with two separate scalar waves which
then create a 2D scalar wave energy hologram in the target. A series

object as static electrical waves can change the magnetic,
capacitance, and infrared energy fields around a target object.
10. Some mind control energies targeting an object are sent in series
so that two or more sensors need to be set up a few inches away to
detect the pulses of energy waves targeting an object in series and at
separate locations in time and space. Two energy waves placed at
opposite ends of a target can create an energy difference in the
target equal to the difference in the wave energies to change the
energy frequency and capacitance in the target object. Sensors may be
set up to detect changes in the energy frequency and capacitance in a
target and also to detect the difference in energy around the target
object.

11. Some human infrared energies operate at speeds faster than normal
photographic cameras so that high speed cameras need to be used to
record some human energies. Human infrared energies may be seen with
two or more high speed infrared cameras and video cameras placed at
opposite angles connected to a computer video input scanner to sense
and record in 2D holographic infrared pictures in real time which make
up part of the spiritual, mental, holographic, and psychic energies of
living organisms. Russian scientists use high speed infrared camera's
to record psychic phenomena. The same motion and 3D holographic image
technologies used in scanning in a picture of a moving and standing 3D
human object can be modified to scan in infrared energies by using
infrared cameras at high speeds in place of the ordinary photographic
cameras.
12. Most of the human frequencies of the body organs and brain, are
from 0 to a few hundred hertz.

magnetic energies of the human nervious system are in the current
range of 100nA to 100 uA and voltage range of 100mV to 1volt.
13. Many of the surveillance and infrared frequencies used in remote
sensing are also in the range of 0 to few hundred hertz and mostly
around 9 hz, which is the submarine and GWEN radar tower communication
frequencies. Also most of the remote sensing and directed energy
frequencies are binary infrared scalar waves, magnetic waves, and
holographic media, which are not detectable with ordinary
spectrometers which detect only single electric radio waves. The
binary infrared and magnetic scalar waves used to create a holographic
image or media, that may be directed at a human target from a
satellite, stealth airship, submarine, or ground tower, to change
their bodily functions may place a binary (or two waves) scalar
infrared wave on one side of the head, and also on the other side of
the head, to create a difference in frequency and capacitance between
both waves, to change the functions of the brain, so that both scalar
waves must be measured at the same time on both sides of the head and
body, to detect the frequency and capacitance change in between. Also
some of the waves come in pulses and the waves must be measured one
after the other by two sensors one in front of the other. An ordinary
high speed camera or video camera with a simple infrared lens can be
used to take pictures of the infrared energies around the body similar
to Kirlian photographs, which are affected by most magnetic and
infrared mind control and remote sensing infrared scalar waves. The
magnetic infrared waves and tesla scalar aether waves are
perpendicular to the radio waves. You can also buy an inexpensive
spectrometer for about 30 dollars which may detect some of the
infrared waves at the following link below. You can also measure the
heat and electrical changes in the skin, with thermometers, an EEG
that measures magnetic and electric changes, and electric skin
sensors. You have to keep a pictorial or measured record on video tape
of how the detectable waves change around the body for a period of
time, to prove the changes and damages that can affect the body.

Directed energy sound waves can be jammed by using a piece of metal
which has a 3 inch vacuum in it or by using lead coated with vinyl and
barilium. Other types of directed energies can be jammed by
electrifying a piece of insulted metal (Faraday Cage) with alternating
frequencies coming from a quartz frequency generator which may cancel
out any harmful frequencies. You may need to contact an electrician or
a security agency to get safe directions on how to build a faraday
cage, or a sound proof and sealed off room with an air filter. Faraday
cage technologies, and similar force field technologies need to be
designed by a professional engineer to be safe.
Electroscalar wave jammer, force field, and energy sink:
Electroscalar photonic and neutrino energy waves that travel at 1.5
times the speed of light may be jammed by slowing down the speed of
the waves to less than the speed of light so that they cannot travel
through substances by means of photonic tunneling; and they may also
be jammed by reversing and alternating the polarity (+ - to - +) and
frequency of the energy in a metallic object randomly. If we create a
series of metal plates (perhaps 3 a few inches apart), each with its
own capacitor plate connected to batteries, where each metal plate is
lined with copper or zinc, palladium, lead, mu metal, aluminum, and
ceramics; and we then energize the metal plates with electrical energy
alternating in random and split second patterns of frequency and in
polarity (+- or North (N) to South (S) to -+ or S to N), we may be
able to jam out and create an energy sink which collects all forms of
radiation, electromagnetic, sound, and electroscalar waves and pulls
them into the metal plates and capacitors to be used to strengthen the
energy wave force field jammer above and prevent the energy waves from
passing through the metal to get to a target object.

A sound proof privacy vacuum room with a faraday cage can be built out
of wood, by making two wood boxes, inside of the other, with each wood
box sealed with metal paint, sealant, and foam to make each box air
tight and electrically insulted, and then a metal pipe with a faucet
switch on it can be placed in the outer box wall and connected to a
vacuum pump, to pull all the air from in-between both boxes to create
a vacuum seal, and once the vacuum is created the faucet switch can be
sealed to seal the vacuum in the walls between the wood boxes. A
sliding door can be placed in the wood boxes to make the room air
tight and allow a person to enter the room. An air filter pipe can be
placed in the box room to create air needed for breathing and be used
to carry in an electrical cord for electricity and communications. An
alternative electric current with a piezioelectictransducer with a
capacitor plate to build up current and voltage to create longitudinal
pure electric and transverse em waves can be connected to the metal
walls of the wood box to make a faraday cage to jam and energy sink
out other energies, if the vacuum seal is not strong enough to block
out most sound and the heat properties of electromagnetic energies.

A high energy ionic photonic light plasma force field placed around a
faraday cage can be used to jam and filter out scalar charged particle
waves.
Magnets placed in circle in a pcb pipe can concentrate magnetic
energies, to create a small magnetic force field which can jam out
some directed energies. One disadvantage of magnetic force fields is
that they can harm electric devices.
I am working on a photonic light ionized air or cold plasma force
field device which may not harm electrical devices, and which may also
reflect and jam out harmful directed energies and radio waves.
I am also working on holographic and sound wave force fields produced
by using ordinary piezoelectric quartz sound transducers, which can
direct a series of ultrasound sound beams around the body, to create a
holographic sound force field, by means of sound interferometry or
wave interference.
Some directed energies such as neutrino's and tachyeon beams, can be
deflected and jammed by water. Placing a few inches of water in a
water bed above a person's sleeping quarters could be used as a water
force field to jam out some directed energies. Water in a plastic bag
or an ordinary electric blanket may block out some harmful energies,
by jamming the electrical waves and dissipating the heat energies.
Heaters, ice, water, and metal plates or screens with a current and
connected to a capacitor, can act as an energy sink to absorb the
energy conning from DEW weapons to reduce some of the effects. Taking
a shower for instance, can absorb some of the energy coming from DEW.
Powerful magnets placed around your body can help the body heal
quickly and deflect some directed energies. There are some places

wristwatch which generates a healthy protective frequency around the
body to jam out normal emf waves, but not intense surveillance or mind
control energies.
In theory, a series of interfearing high frequency radio or sound
waves can be generated from a series of quartz crystals, that is not
harmful to the body, but which can jam or interfere with low frequency
sound and radio waves normally in the range of a few hertz to 100 hz,
used in surveillance technologies, such as satellite, and submarine
radio communication towers or GWEN towers, which are usually in the
range of 5hz to 20hz.
I am working on the design of holographic and beam force field
technologies, which could be placed in a room along all of the walls ,
roof and floor, to make a energy beam or holographic force field in
the home, that jams out all harmful energies, since this system would
be very easy to install, since it would only involve a series of very
small antennas, wave bulbs, or satellite dishes, about a few
micrometers, along both sides of the walls, floor, and ceiling, at the
corners and connected to a computer or frequency generator. I am also
working on using holographic infrared lasers and mirrors used in
holographic projectors to project a holographic energy beam on a wall,
like a projector in a theater projects images on a screen, to jam out
harmful energies.
It is possible to make special metal alloys in ordinary metal with
radio waves broadcasted on the metal when it is formed, which use
magnetic and micro engineered nanotechnology crystals and subatomic
particles in the metal, to create natural energy force fields in the
metal, which block out or absorb like an energy well or sink, all
material energy waves, and these metal alloys may be placed in paint
or plaster.
I know that magnetic linoleum and electric blankets, will jam out some
surveillance and infrared heat waves, but not all of them. The above
technologies will take many years to prefect and make safe, and it may
be difficult to commercialize them due to political debunking of such
technologies.
A high speed camera, with an infrared lens can photograph infrared
energies around the human body, which may detect harmful directed and
electronic harassment energies in a photograph for evidence.

I have been working with government agencies since 1995, in attempt to

You may use this letter, as a legal document, to show that electronic
harassment is a very common problem that effects many US and world
citizens; and that I and many others have similar problems with

I have filed a case in US federal court, Grand Rapids, MI, Civil Case

RHF web site as evidence to show that US citizens are having problems

I believe that I and others may have some success in the near future
in getting local,national, and international government and private

could write a letter to your local congressman about the problems that
you are having with electronic harassment. Your local congressman may

near future, such as a bill to ban space based weapons then your local

I have had some problems with electronic harassment, perhaps coming

radio waves, as a means of electronic harassment of US and World
Citizens. I have exhausted all legal, medical and private remedies,
to prevent further electronic harassment. There are reportedly 10
million people who are having problems with electronic harassment in
the U.S. I wanted to bring these matters to your attention, so that
you may consider supporting bills, programs, and policies which may
protect the privacy rights of U.S. citizens and electronic harassment
victims. I appreciate your attention to these matters.

If you are religious, you may consider asking for help in your
prayers. If you pray for help, you may attract help to yourself in the
near future. Allot of the energies used in mind control projects are
limited to peoples beliefs. I know that some people, who reside in the
new age religious areas, such as California, Mt. Shiasta, and Ashland
Oregon, get some help from religious powers that they pray to or
meditate with, to protect them from harassment from directed energies.
I know several artists who live there and who have had problems with
electronic harassment,and their circumstances improved, when they
meditated or prayed for help.
For those who can join their local National Guard part time on week
ends, then the National Guard may be able to protect their own members
from electronic harassment and surveillance attacks. Some secret
societies such as the Masons, may be able to help protect some of
their members, from electronic harassment and DEW attacks.

agencies, since they are not setup to help electronic harassment
victims yet. If you need to talk to someone, you may try calling
listening ear. I have called them several times when I have a panic
attack due to electronic harassment.
