THE RULES STATE CHILD PRISONS ARE USING: TORTURING CHILDREN, INSANE, UNHUMAN RULES USED TO CRIMINALIZE, PUNISH IF THEY BREAK ONE
Keeping in mind the just posted Expose from the Oregonian newspaper that affirms in the court record the systemic abuse, cover up, protection in the courts and terrorizing, murder of children and vulnerable adults in the state agencies..... LOOK at the INSANE RULES they create.... no adult could pass their assessments, by design.... these are the same kinds of assessment lists they use to steal the infants too at birth now, sever the human bond of infant and mother at birth in unhuman criminal vulture acts of agression - every day in every state, increasing their statutes at this time to take MORE children and adopt them for profit, the "commodity" for the state/fed funding streams....
People need to realize in the foster homes and adoptive homes they are also taught to use police techniques on children as young as three that we know of, choke holds, depriving food, water and bathroom "privileges"; telling them this is "like the hole" in jail where they "will go if they dont cooperate".... no more horrific nightmare could be imagined than what the children are living in....
Read the beautiful letter from an outraged father after the article .... no child should suffer the abuse being forced on the children by the state child snatch 'n sell industry.
Remember the children are severely tortured and punished for "violating rules" including sexual abuse as "therapy", and if they run they are caught and thrown back into the hole, drugged, tortured.....CHILDREN !!! And anywhere they turn they are turned back into the agency, camera's in the towns and intersections, amber alerts used to track down the state wards, they are trapped, severed from their families. Even a convicted murderer sees his family and remains in contact with the world he knows, can call out, etc... NOT the children, they have no way to know their parents are distraught trying to get them back, rarely charged with any crime in their seizing.
STOP THIS ABUSE NOW, RELEASE THE CHILDREN NOW, PROSECUTE ABUSERS NOW

Dear friends and fellow advocates,
![]() Megan Bassette Click image for larger view |
The following is a list of rules
(totaling 6 pages/137 rules) that my daughter, Megan - age 14, has been given in
her most recent placement (her 8th in 3 1/2 years). This foster home is a
"therapeutic group home" and specifically for girls who have a history of
behavior problems. Note that she has never been in any sort of legal trouble
while in CPS custody... far from a "juvenile delinquent"; rather an Honor's
student! In addition, Megan began school a week late and had to give up the
Honor's program because it is not offered until 11th grade at her current
school... she was priory scheduled for 3 Honor's classes. She also had to give
up the Flag Team (the dance team that performs during football
games).
For those who missed my prior request, I ask that all send Megan
a short note or card to the following address in a show of support:
Megan
Bassette
341 Graham Road
Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223
*Please let me
know if you have sent something so that I may keep a running list; in case she
is denied her mail. Email me privately at little_red_hen1964 at Yahoo.
I
hope to inundate this "home" with mail with two purposes in mind:
1. As a
show of support for Megan since she has made the statement "Mom, I know if I
have to stay here long I'm going to get very depressed". (Having dealt with
suicidal ideations shortly after she was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes 5
years ago.)
2. To send a clear message to these folks that people across
the Nation are watching the situation with interest.
Placing Megan here
is nothing more than an attempt to break her will, as she has taken a strong
stance expressing her desire to come home and repeatedly and consistently
exposed the agency's lies pertaining not only to her removal but also her
current circumstances. Her own attorney has already filed an emergency motion
with the court regarding this blatant abuse of power. My attorney has filed
regarding educational neglect. Our hearing will take place on September 22nd, if
not before (which is highly doubtful due to the crowded docket). In the
meantime, I ask that all of you help me to support Megan, as she now lives in a
prison-like environment; one step away from a treatment center and
drugging.
Now is the time to come together as one with concrete action on
behalf of a child being abused by the system.
Thank you so very
much,
Michele Bassette

Good grief- every one of these rules are chargeable abuse for Real Parents!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
please also read RISK FACTORS at the link below, more of the rules being used to take the children and force them into the prisons described above. In the jail and in the state child jails the children are tortured and abused severally for violating these insane and inhuman rules. In California child jails it was exposed that the children were in metal cages forced to eat bologna sandwiches and milk in a vomit like concoction that had been mashed together and forced through a straw .... THESE ARE SADISTS. We have to create a massive outcry to release all children from these prisons NOW .... they have no way to defend themselves, often once removed, are severed from anyone they knew permanently. NO CRIME necessary to jail people, children. The new MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT will send millions of children and adults to this torture and hell.... all it takes is one assessment and NO COURT OF REMEDY TO TURN IT AROUND.... The children are crying, the abuse is horrific, criminal policies by trained abusers to "control" them and "render them adoptable", abuse them until they cooperate.
