Silence is Illegal

Dickinson, N.D. -- 

According to independent federal prosecutor, Michael Nowik of Dickinson, "Any politicians, officials, or members of the corporate news media who disregard or dispute the dissolution of the state of North Dakota and the renunciation of its authority and jurisdiction, because of official failure to appear at a scheduled national news conference on Friday morning, September 24th,  do so at their peril."

City, county, and state officials failed to appear in response to a demand that  representatives of the law, Constitution, and People of North Dakota appear in public, explain their positions, end their constant threats to his life, and arrange immediate settlement in their default of a decade long extortion, civil racketeering, and torture case.

"Officials or their representatives clearly had another reasonable opportunity to show up and demonstrate who's in charge here," Nowik said, revealing that state officials had also been in contempt of state and federal court proceedings and obstructing justice for many years in this case.

The following U.S. Supreme Court ruling clearly backs his assertion that the state is now dissolved by their illegal and unconstitutional actions, he says, by making those responsible for misleading the public in its knowledge of official activities throughout the United States liable for and guilty of fraud, deception, malfeasance, or worse offenses.

"Silence can only be equated with fraud when there is a legal or
moral duty to speak, or when an inquiry left unanswered would be
intentionally misleading...We cannot condone this shocking
conduct...If that is the case we hope our message is clear. This sort
of deception will not be tolerated and if this is routine it should be
corrected immediately", U.S. v. Tweel 550 F2d 297, 299-300.

"There are numerous laws compelling American citizens or officials to report criminal activities to appropriate authorities, which includes the people, whenever anyone becomes aware of offenses against the laws or rights of  any person, state, or this country," Nowik indicated.  "And they should all be held accountable, including the White House staff, Congressmen, Senators, judges, attorneys, and the news media, whenever they deliberately and maliciously perpetuate vile and vicious depredations or deceptions they are aware of."

"The official absence at this news conference clearly means, documents, and verifies that they have secretly resigned their official positions, renounced their duties to the public, and dissolved the state's authority and jurisdiction, something which they have been doing throughout improper state and federal court proceedings for at least the past ten years." Nowik said earlier.  "It proves that there is no longer any law and order or legitimate bureaucracy in the state of North Dakota.  No governor, no state attorney general, and no responsible legislators."

"The state of North Dakota has been illegally and unconstitutionally dissolved and is no longer officially a legitimate part of the United States," he added.  "Anyone who knowingly promotes the myth that it is still properly functioning, including lawyers misrepresenting their clients at hearings or trials, is committing a grave offense against the dignity of the People of the United States."
