Subject: Senate hearing and rally in Washington D.C.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE DO NOT MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY TO FINALLY END THE MISUSE OF ELECTRONIC WEAPONS.

We have an important opportunity to speak with Senators in Washington D.C. in October.  The purpose of the hearing is to gain support for passing legislation that would prohibit the unauthorized sale and use of electronic weapons or similar devices.  The small group of individuals who have been selected to represent us at the hearing will be agreeable to most of you.

There will also be a rally in Washington D.C. on Saturday, October 8.  We will invite Senators, Representatives and several other guest speakers to give speeches that will help to (1) improve civil rights protections, (2) prohibit the unauthorized sale and use of electronic weapons, and (3) limit secret government investigations and high tech surveillance.

Numerous media organizations will be contacted to cover the events.  It is important that we have at least one thousand participants at the rally.

The person who is responsible for organizing the Senate hearing and rally is Dr. Gillam.  He assists people nationwide who are the subject of misplaced investigations, targets of high tech surveillance and harassment, or other civil rights violations.  We should thank Dr. Gillam and volunteer to work with him to help coordinate the rally.  If you would like to organize groups in your area for the trip to Washington D.C., please contact one of us:
