The state is intervening in parents rights to raise our children free of forced outlaw abusive programs ... stripping parents of the rights to make personal decisions for ourselves and our children ... the state has NO authority to intervene in the personal decisions of families, barring a real public necessity, NOT based on statutes and rules.  ALL programs that are for "The Rights of the Children" are ANTI FAMILY, ANTI PARENTAL RIGHTS, furthering the STATE AS PARENT. 
 
The state has no authority to compel contracts on people, or force freeborn people into anything that invades our privacy.  Past generations did not see how dangerously we have been deceived, but now we see it and cannot tolerate it to continue ....  These are poisonous toxic wastes that are being forced on babies, children, college students, military .... we have to take a stand against all who are enforcing these draconian policies designed to destroy families, and have....

FYI:  The pains and penalties of being a "citizen of the United States"
and dwelling in a federal enclave.  I'd guess that most of these
children were born on federal territory and will therefore be considered
as US subjects until death.

Parents of D.C. Students Without Shots Sent to Court

District parents and guardians who failed to prove that their children had been properly immunized this school year got more than a summons to the principal's office: They were ordered to appear in court.
D.C. public school officials referred the names of all parents who they alleged had failed to obtain or document the required shots by Oct. 15 to the District's Office of the Attorney General. Prosecutors filed criminal charges against 41 parents and guardians, leading to hearings yesterday in D.C. Superior Court.
Throughout the morning and afternoon inside Judge Robert E. Morin's courtroom, the adults stood nervously before the bench alongside their court-appointed attorneys and entered pleas of guilty or not guilty.
"This is something new to me," said Tina Smith, 32, who added that she did not know that her daughter, a freshman at Anacostia Senior High School, needed a tuberculosis shot. "I just wish it'd be over with."
The charges were part of a recent push by schools, courts and health officials to compel parents and guardians to get their children immunized and to cut down on truancy. Students who have not received their shots or booster doses against tetanus, chickenpox, hepatitis B and other diseases are prohibited from attending school.
The 41 parents and guardians were charged with violations of the Compulsory School Attendance Act.
Under the 1990 law, parents who fail to make sure that their children attend school regularly can be fined as much as $100 and jailed for up to five days for each offense.
After their hearings, some parents took their children to a third-floor conference room inside the Superior Court building, where the Department of Health set up an immunization station. About 10 students received shots there, officials said.
Several parents complained that they had, in fact, gotten their children properly immunized, and they blamed the school system for losing or mishandling the records.
"I know there are neglectful parents, but I'm not one of them," said Daniel Logan, 41, who said his 15-year-old son, a student at Coolidge Senior High School, was immunized.
Michael Taylor and his wife, Matilda, said their 18-year-old son, a senior at Coolidge, also had obtained the necessary shots. They said the school mishandled the records. "They should have had their records up-to-date," Matilda Taylor said.
Ralph Neal, assistant superintendent for student and school support services, said that school officials "stand behind the fact that parents had not come forward to present their information to the school so that the school nurse could clear them."
Some parents said they were rattled by the experience of appearing before a judge under the threat of fines and jail time. After their names and cases were called, the parents and guardians stood next to their attorneys and listened quietly while a clerk told them: "You have the right to remain silent, and you have the right to an attorney."
"It was humiliating," Susaron Simms said after her hearing. Simms said she received a notice to come to court after she had gotten her 16-year-old son, a sophomore at Spingarn Senior High, immunized. "It's really not fair to all the parents, because all parents are not alike," she said.
Of the 41 parents and guardians ordered to appear in Family Court, 34 showed.
Assistant Attorney General Rachele Gaines said authorities would obtain warrants to arrest those who failed to appear. By the end of the day, about three bench warrants were issued against missing parents or guardians; the others had their hearings rescheduled.
"This is not about being vindictive," Gaines said. "The onus is on the parent to take responsibility and do what they need to do in order to make sure their child is enrolled and attending school."
Last school year, city prosecutors filed 98 cases against parents for a range of violations under the school attendance law.
The office offers eligible parents enrollment in a deferred sentencing program to avoid jail time. Of last school year's 98 cases, two parents were sentenced to three days in jail after failing the program.

[Editor's Note: This is the latest development involving a couple in Georgia who had their children forcibly removed from their home by the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) on a trumped up allegation of abuse which originated
with a disgruntled employer/manager who needed to strike a deal as an informant
with DFCS in order to prevent being prosecuted herself.. After taking state custody
of the kids, Judge Sharon J. Whitwell ordered the couple's two small children to
be vacinnated with multible vaccines despite the fact that parents presented the
required state vaccine exemption documentation to the court. The youngest child,
one year old, has had a severe reaction to the vaccines already given...

This is another reason why the state is doing everything it can to destroy
Marriage as the state feels it can 'legitimately' interfere with families
NOT FOUNDED ON MARRIAGE.

The state in Ireland, through its failed 'Exploring masculinities' programme
and at present by publishing a different set of 'Commandments' for our
children to learn in their "Alive-O" religion textbooks, is obviously
seeking to and achieving their interference with parents rights.

We must all support Barbara Johnson and her valiant group at the National
Catholic Secondary Schools Parents Associations in their struggle on behalf
of parents to have their rights properly respected.

Seven homeschooling fathers in Germany spent several days in jail for
refusing to pay fines that were imposed on them for failing to send their
children to government schools.

The fathers, who are part of the Twelve Tribes Community in Klosterzimmern,
Germany, were forced to spend between six and 16 days in what the group's
website translates as "coercive jail."

According to the group's website, which includes a chronology of its

government, the men initially refused to go to jail. The police then picked
them up and brought them to a lock-up in Augsburg, Bavaria, on Oct. 18. The
first father was released from custody on Sunday.

"The authorities want to 'bend' the parents' will so they will pay their
fines, stop homeschooling their children and instead send them to public
schools. The mothers (three have small, nursing children) are supposed to go
to jail later," states the group's website.

The site says the men appealed to police not to force their wives to jail at
a later time.

Said the released homeschooling dad:

"The prison sentence wasn't easy but it did nothing to change our
convictions. Wrong will not always remain wrong. To act according to the
dictates of our conscience is right. Conscientious objectors are also
granted the freedom of conscience. The 'wrong' of the members of the
resistance in the Third Reich is being praised today, the members are being
esteemed as heroes. Our conscience resists the one-sided education of the
state with the values of a consumption and achievement-oriented society. How
far have we fallen, if any kind of perverse way of life is being applauded,
but a sincere education according to the Bible is being punished? Where are
the citizens of this country who will stand up against injustice?"

According to Hal Young, president of North Carolinians for Home Education,
who has followed the plight of the German families, the media in Germany
have given the homeschoolers favorable coverage.

The families are scheduled for a hearing on Nov. 14, which will address
further fines they have refused to pay.
