In the face of obvious fraud, Ukraine's Supreme Court has thrown out an apparent coup for the incumbent and ordered a new election. That's what needs to happen here.

Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell is preparing to certify that Ohio went for Bush.
No surprise there.
After all, Blackwell headed up Bush's reelection campaign in the state, and he did what he could to make it more difficult for people to cast provisional ballots.

Washington - In a stunning admission, an elections manager for NBC News said national news organizations overestimated President George W. Bush's support among Latino voters, downwardly revising its estimated support for President Bush to 40 percent from 44 percent among Hispanics, and increasing challenger John Kerry's support among Hispanics to 58 percent from 53 percent.
