Despite direction the Knesset conference took yesterday, the critisicm
committee accepted the claims of Porat and Zoran residents. The
committee ordered to remove the transmitters. In 10 days Bezeq has to
remove the non-active transmitters, and then find another place for all
the transmitters. In addition it ordered to investigate the neglect.

So what happened here? This is the 4 th year of these kind of meetings,
and nothing happened each time. It maybe the facts on the blood brain
barrier and DNA that were told (at last someone mentioned it!) by Dr.
Zamir Shalita to the critisicm committee, and maybe because when he
left, the secretary ran after him and asked him to leave some more
written data...

Can it be that the scientific facts about the damages he left there,
made all the difference, although they said "we are not science
people"? After all, he and Dr. Eliahu Richter are the only experts in
Israel who tell the truth to the public. Maybe this plus the horrible
damage to the people, had a combined impact.

*The power data: It was confirmed in the Knesset conference that the
power transmitted by the Hillel station, is 1.2 MegaWatts, it's double
than the power from the Vatican radio station, in Italy. The frequencies
are not clear yet, it is told by Zoran resident that once in the Knesset
someone told accidently one of the right frequencies in front of Zoran
residents, and since then they were not allowed to be in this kind of
conferences ("it is allowed to radiate us but not to tell us").

They are counted already a less by scores of thousand of children which
are submitted without their consent to an experiment "in alive" that
does not require any hypothesis to obtain conclusions and evidences.

We diffuse for internet a list of fifty centers of teaching affected
with antennas and where corrected in an immediate way, on the part of
the experts that know in depth the theme: "instead of fifty fits to
speak of thousands of schools and to the pathologies by us collected in
the writing "The innocent have face", one must add some other, included
that of fibromialgia", that is growing in the collective of the
educators."

We add in this different delivery educational centers, which has been
suggested to incorporate to the list and a Secondary Teaching Institutes
relation. We notify that the census of centers that devise, does not
have pretensions of exhaustion, among others things, because behind each
preschool, school or institute, there are news of press that have
diffused the worry of the parents, while very much other sleep in the
limbo of the desinformation.

The great majority of antennas are illegal and we can show it. We do not
leave ourselves to deceive!

If we do not fight against them before they change the laws to favor to
the operators, we will repent!

THE BIOLOGIST RAUL MONTENEGRO INDICATED THAT THE United States "WAS
EXPECTING AN OPPORTUNITY TESTING IT, AND IT WOULD HAVE PRACTICED IN
BAGHDAD".- I ADD THAT "TO A GENOCIDE INITIATED BY THE UNITED STATES IN
IRAQ IS ADDED NOW THIS NEW IMMORALITY OF TESTING NEW ARMAMENT ON CIVIL
POPULATION".- FUNAM GAVE DETAILS ON THIS TYPE OF ARMAMENT AND ALERTED ON
THE POSSIBILITY THAT TERRORIST ATTACKS WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC BOMBS BE

FUNAM ASKED FORMALLY TO UNITED NATIONS THAT PROPOSE "TO IMMEDIATELY
DEBATE A CONVENTION TO PROHIBIT THE USE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC BOMBS".

Cordoba, Buenos Aires, Paris and Sydney, March 25 of 2003.- The
Foundation for The Defense Of The Environment (FUNAM) denounced
publically to United States "to have utilized electromagnetic bombs on
civil population" and to launch "a new and unpredictable career
armament".

The Biologist Raúl Montenegro, president of FUNAM, caused this hard
pronouncement after the being known that the United States had utilized
one or more electromagnetic bombs to silence the Iraqi television in
Baghdad.

"In 1945 the United States tested the effect of two atomic bombs on the
civil populations of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Today there was repeated
the same aberration, practicing electromagnetic bombs on Baghdad",
maintained Montenegro.

The Biologist Raúl Montenegro, that received in Austria the prize "By a
free future of nuclear" (1992), indicated that for many persons "the
news of the electromagnetic bomb passed unnoticed. But we came
continuing very closely to its development. Although we predicted that
United States would be able using it in its attack against Iraq, its
launch on civil population surprised ourselves. The consequences of this
shameful act are unpredictable. Therefore we have asked formally to
United Nations, that failed to stop the American invasion to Iraq, the
urgent start of contacts to achieve a convention that prohibit the use
of electromagnetic bombs, also so called bombs of microwave". In the
given radius of action of these bombs, in some cases from 500 to 1000
meters, all the electronic systems can be destroyed, personal computers,
passing for systems of communication, to electronic devices of hospitals
and airplanes in flight.

FUNAM did the presentation as agency with consultative status in the
Social and Economic Counsel of United Nations (ECOSOC).

The bomb so feared

The biologist Raúl Montenegro indicated that the principles of the
electromagnetic bomb "are base on the theoretical developments that
produced the physicist Arthur H. Compton in 1925. Compton wanted to
apply his findings to a study of the atoms. But several sick minds and a
powerful armament industry transformed those principles in a bomb". He
added that the United States "carries the forward in the microwave bombs
development, working with superconductores of high temperature that
generate important magnetic fields of military use". He recalled that
the most used apparatuses "are generators of Marx. Although heavy they
have the advantage to be able to be used all the times necessary. But
the United States also investigated the generators of flow compressed or
FCG. These bombs, fed with conventional explosives, generate a brief and
enormous electromagnetic pressure that destroys the electronic and
electric systems".

The president of FUNAM maintained that until before a little time "it
was believed that the computers and other sensitive appliances could be
protected with 'cages of Faraday', metallic structures responsible for
deviating the pulse caused by a bomb. Today it is known that the pulses
of very high frequency, in the rank of the microwave, can cross those
cages. Also it was discovered that electromagnetic bombs produce an
immediate, but also powerful delayed effect. In the 15 following minutes
after the detonation of an electromagnetic bomb the pulse moves in
electric systems, creating magnetic fields localities that causes
paralyzing new waves. They spread these into the electric infrastructure
and of the communications, generating more damages".

An ideal weapon for terrorism

The biologist Raúl Montenegro indicated that "already there was a small
armament career in electromagnetic matter of bombs. Besides U.S.,
countries as the India and Pakistan work on the development of
appliances and systems of protection. India for example fears that
Pakistan can use electromagnetic bombs against Bangalore, its more
important data processing center. But the U.S. attack against Iraq, and
the electromagnetic use of bombs on civil population relaunch this
career and add it to the world as a new factor of worry. All they should
know, that besides the governmental bombs, the ones that manufactures
the United States, it is also possible to build electromagnetic bombs
for housekeepers. These bombs can occupy the space of a small valise or
backpack. They consist a loaded pipe of metal with explosives located in
the interior of a bobina that has an extreme antenna inside. When the
explosive explodes, the metal displaces in about 6000 meters by second
against the bobina (that has a certain electric current), and the metal
deformed, produces a short circuit 'in movement'. The current and the
magnetic field are devious toward the still intact portions of the
bobina, where they are concentrated to fantastically high velocities in
a space increasingly reduced. This creates a pulse of scores of millions
of amperes in some 500 picoseconds. Before destroying all the appliance,
the pulse flows toward the antenna and is emitted. That pulse destroys
immediately electronic and electric systems, but also continues doing
damage 15 minutes later. We ignore nevertheless what are its long-term
effects to the human health".

Update: ES court case

Hi Klaus: Is there any lawyer on your list who will take on my ES case
(was misdiagnosed as psychotic)from here on a "no-fee, no-foal" basis.
Feel I have a good strong hand now and have submitted lots of
affidavits, etc. Any offers of legal help would be very welcome.

Despite what the judge says below about my ability as a self-litigant, I
believe that I can not present my case to its best advantage within the
Irish legal system(and perhaps in the European Court of Human Rights, at
a later stage) without professional legal help.

I was in court and the judge gave me until August 1st next to serve
papers on my defendants. And that is a final deadline--no further time
extensions, he said.

He insisted that with a Ph.D. I should have the intelligence to follow
Rules of the Circuit Court and proceed with my case as a self-litigant!
I didn't need a lawyer to get on with my legal case and he would not
accept my explanation that I had to wait until the Irish Human Rights
Commission examined my grievance and put legal assistance at my disposal
to bring my case through court! (The IHRC is still not fully operable
and thus can't review any cases that have been submitted to it for some
more time). And the judge delivered this judgement in front of a court
room filled with Irish lawyers!

Am I correct in thinking that the judge kind of insulted the whole
wigged bunch of them? None of them--the lawyers-- of course offered to
help me out with their legal expertise, on any of the 5+ occassions I
have now appeared in Cork Circuit Court so can't say I feel terribly
sorry for them if they did feel somewhat insulted.

Ensured my voice rebounded off all hard surfaces in the courtroom when I
offered the judge Dr. Jean Monro's written medical evaluation of my
condition plus related literature where she states that it is her
opinion based on my symptoms, etc., that I am electrosensitive. And I
made sure that everyone present was told that Dr. Monro is one of the
world's leading experts on evaluating and treating this condition!

"Mobile Phone Base Stations and Health"

You can now register for the COST 281 workshop on "Mobile Phone Base
Stations and Health", which will take place in Dublin on May 15 and 16,
2003. The workshop is open and attendance is free of charge.

Scope of the Workshop
New radio masts for mobile radio communication networks result more
often in the people living nearby complaining about health problems,
which are mostly non-specific (headaches, sleeping problems or generally
feeling ill or out of sorts). This is especially true when the masts
were put up in areas that are solely residential. Even though in every
case the limit values were adhered to and exposure rates were in most of
the cases considerably below the guide lines, the electromagnetic
radiation of these base stations was held responsible for existing
health problems.

Therefore, there is public concern that, even when the limit values are
observed, electromagnetic emissions from mobile phone base stations
could, at least in the long-run, be problematic with respect to health.
Are there any objective reasons at all that speak for increased health
risks for people who live near phone masts? In order to investigate the
public's concerns from a scientific standpoint a workshop, within the
scope of the EU's COST 281 programme, will take place in Dublin on May
15 and 16, 2003 on the subject "Mobile Phone Base Stations and Health".

The following subjects will be dealt with separately:

· Epidemiological studies: Which of the studies that have been done to
date are relevant in this context? How should this type of study be
conducted and what particular problems make this kind of study more
difficult to conduct? In this context it is important to differentiate
between the electromagnetic emissions from mobile phone base stations
and what is emitted by mobile phones.

· Testing measures: Is it possible to reliably determine the exposure
rates in the areas where mobile radio communication masts are situated?
(Is it in particular possible to estimate long-term exposure?)

· Dosimetry: A simple dosimeter would be desirable, something similar to
the device used to measure radioactivity exposure, a device which
measures accumulated exposure over a longer period of time. What should
this "mobile radio dosimeter" look like? Can it be designed so that the
person carrying or wearing it can easily use it and carry or wear it at
all times? Is a feasibility study worth doing?

· Are the reported non-specific health problems occurring in the areas
around phone masts about objective effects or are they subjectively felt
disorders which have no physical cause. How should a study be conducted,
so that a clear distinction can be made between psychological and
physical causes?

· Risk communication: How can a dialogue be carried out between those
concerned and affected on one side, and the authorities and science on
the other side, and how shall the scientific results of this composite
of issues be conveyed to the public? With regard to risk communication
what are the possibilities, and where do the risks and pitfalls lie?

The Irish Department of Communications will host a dinner for up to 72
delegates and partners on the Thursday evening 15th May, and provide
transport to the venue (the Abbey Tavern) and back to the city. If we
have more than 72, priority will be given to COST 281 members and
partners with the remaining places being filled on a first come-first
served basis, so you are encouraged to register early.

for one COST 281 delegate per member country.
