Sir :  I objected and demonstrated with the near 70% of the people objecting on the invasion of Iraq and would bring our troops home immediately if I were empowered to do so.
  
You are not defending democracy, you are/should be defending a Republic.
 
A Republic protects your God given, common   law Rights, with a Constitution that limits the government (as ours).  You are exercising these Rights , free speech, the right to assemble, the Right to protest, bear arms to hold allodial title, ect.
 
A Democracy does not do this It is a elected direct government and is not limited by a constitution. When the Government says we are a Democracy they are subverting the Constitution.
 
The Constitution says we are a Republic: Sovereign Citizens... kings...Sui Juris.  (sui juris: in your own   jurisdiction, unrepresented, free born natural citizen of the Republic with all God given Rights intact, present in your own person)
 
In fact the form of government at the present is a Corporate Government...commercial... and as we all know  this is the form of government tried by Germany from 1933-1946, This is Corporate Socialism...NAZISM  Well over a quarter Million Americans died to defeat this totalitarian form of government in WWII
 
Nevertheless you are doing a great job, exercising
these Rights is the best defense.
 
It is not a crime to resist unlawful arrest. (Tho you did not)
It is not a crime to assemble, tho you did.
It is not a crime to speak freely ... you did.
If there was not a riot then it is only his opinion that you might cause a riot and since you did not cause a riot then he is alleging an intent. He is not best judge of that, is he ?
 
Constitutionally if there is no  victim there is no crime. And if there is no entity, person, there is no victim ... a corporation is not a Lawful entity it is a legal entity...no person... no victim...no crime. if there is no injury to person there is no one to complain.
 
If you go into court with an attorney you are in a representive status...you are represented, you are not there in your own presence. An attorney, attorns
( returns to the state).  He/she is an officer of the Court, a member of the BAR ( British Admiral Registery ) and has taken an oath to the Queen.
 
To lawer is to speak Law. That is why there are no lawers in  the phone book.
 
The point of all this ... Your lawyer is on the other side, you are a chattel of the corporate state and it is his/her job to render you. An attorney will not put the truth in the record.
 
You need to go into court Sui Juris ( fire your attorney).  Ask the court by what authority ( Quo Warranto) do they charge you, a free born natural citizen of the Republic for crimes by exercising your God given, Inherent and Constitutionally protected Rights and who has a complaint. 
 
The Court is not an entity nor is the state or the city remember you are the Sovereign they are public servants, ask where is the victim, where is the crime and you do not "understand" anything.  You are the Sovereign, they are the public servants, they stand under you.

Sgt. Dennis Kyne is an ex-football playing, music making, military veteran who was arrested August 31, 2004 in NYC during the Republican National Convention.  He needs the assistance of anyone who might have taken pictures of him during the convention, particularly at the time of his arrest. He was at the New York Public Library and was wearing a military fatigue jacket exercising his right to free speach and freedom of expression when he was arrested.
 
The cops arrested Dennis on eight bogus charges, including disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and inciting a riot.  The Police Report states very clearly that Dennis was kicking and screaming and resisting arrest. Dennis is loud, no one is going to deny that, but he has yelled louder at Oakland Raider Football games than when talking to the people in NYC about Depleted Uranium. In America, as Jefferson explained hundreds of years ago, FREEDOM of Expression is paramount...  It is deeper than Freedom of Speech.  
 
None of the charges are valid.  We think it more possible they arrested the messenger because they did not like his message. Surely if Dennis had just walked around like a diplomat there would have been no trouble.   
 
Dennis desperately needs your photos to defend himself at his court date October 25, 2004 in NYC.
Please contact Dennis if you saw him at the RNC or if you have any photos of him. 


Dennis Is Charged with 8 different counts:
Inciting a Riot, Obstructing a Government Operation
Acting Violently, and the infamous RESISTING ARREST
He also received four counts of Disorderly Conduct. 

The guy in the sweatband flex cuffed Dennis because he had been out on the streets yelling loud about depleted uranium.  The other two fellows are monitoring a tough photo journalist who was flex cuffed specifically for taking pictures of Dennis, because Dennis was not doing any of the things listed.

Please pass this photo around the world and ask if anyone can deduce from this picture of Dennis by the Paddy wagon waiting to get into the sweat box, if they saw him or took any pictures of him the night of August 31st, 2004.  Pictures or witnesses would prove that he was not inciting a riot, resisting arrest, acting violently, obstructing operations and being disorderly.  

Dennis asked if the cops were interested in doing some acting for the guys from the 442nd.  You know, yelling, "Interested in standing some ground and REALLY supporting the troops?"   Dennis told the officers that they should be marching too... Dennis' defense of the abandoned members of the 442nd, made Dennis the enemy in NYC.

Dennis does not own any weapons, and the only weapon he has held longer than a single shot was the one the government issued him. Dennis is NON VIOLENT and finds it incredibly un-American in itself to send a decorated combat veteran, who stands in protest, very loudly to jail on trumped up charges. 

Dennis is a founding member of Veterans For Peace Chapter 101 in the Bay Area of California.  As a veteran for Peace Dennis stated. "my voice is not at peace."  The Womb is still resonating,

It is much too late for Dennis to file Conscientious Objector status.  Dennis will stand Loudly in protest, the former Drill Sergeant who walked around dressed up like a tree pretending he was mad.  Obviously he is mad. He hasn't gone mad though, and he is not pretending. He is non violent, does not believe in violence, but believes in Expression.  Is this being taken away from us too?  

Freedom of Expression, when was the last time we had a good conversation about that?

The bit of assistance Dennis has received from the U.S. as a veteran has hardly been proper thanks for his service to our country.  He has no funds for this court case, in fact lives very meagerly in order to be where he feels the need to share his message.

Dennis needs donations to cover his court and travel costs.  He has published a book called 'Support the Truth', and has cut a rockin' CD, also entitled Support the Truth, a four track rock album released late in 2003 .
