I also am interested in specific symptoms, as well as physical
evidence. It is not that I disbelieve anyone, though honestly, I am
sure there are some reported cases which are not mc or torture as
reported, but they may still be very important. And for every false
case reported, I estimate over 100 real ones are not reported (to
us, that we can find them, on the internet, in english language, I
have made few efforts in other languages yet, and I only read a few
other languages anyway).
Telepathic communication between humans is well documented by
anthropologists and other scientists. Such as between Eskimo and
Australian aborignees during hunts. Some pretty specific details,
such as distance, and direction, even the nature of a kill. I have
observed it as recently as 1994 myself, between native American
shamans. I one instance reliably reported to me, (one in our camp,
the other walking to our camp from over 1000 miles away, in Mexico),
they held detailed long distance conversations, so distance is not
always a factor in telepathy, at least on the order of 100 to 2000
kilometers.
I am not at all convinced that all cases of mind control, are
as simple, as electromagnetic radiation being beamed into the head
of the victim. I believe in some cases, the victim is some way
hooked up to a neurological network, with a number of humans,
possibly even computers or animals, and is in telepathic link, of
similar nature to that seen in aboriginal peoples. That this link,
in itself, constitutes an organism. This may seem strange or
unbelievable, but I can assure IPCUSA readers, in the context of
modern memetics, sociobiology, and social organism theory, it is not
far fetched at all, we have even been expecting it for decades now,
and searching for signs of it, I have found such signs, and now
report them to you, IPCUSA readers.
One theory is that as we humans began to form larger
populations, and dealt with people within hearing range in our daily
lives, the need for telepathy was reduced, even became a
disadvantage, to be distracted by so much useless noise, and use so
much brain energy to process such useless noise,a s in the thoughts
of those around us.
Aboriginal populations which exhibit the strongest
telepathic ability, usually are also those with the lowest
population densities, or who are operating in dispersed mobile
bands, to gather resources.
Genes, and phenotypic expressions of genes, follow an
evolutionary rule. If they are not linked to features which remain
useful, and they require energy or nutrients to maintain, or entail
other risk factors to those with them, and they are no longer needed
for survival advantage, they will be reduced in populations over
time, who once were benefitted by such factors, but no longer are.
I am certain, scientists engaged in criminal state sponsored
research, are well aware of the telepathy factor in humans. Not only
that, they would have found the exact locations of it in the brain
by now, for example, by studying people with telepathic abilities
(demonstratable, it seems such people exist even in modern
societies, I have experienced this myself, but it seems under some
sort of alteration of my nervous system to make it happen, in 1982).
I have been informed, of the exact parts of the brain involved, but
decline to state them here, for now.
Some victims, are not even intentional victims. Instead, they
are "sensitives" who are attuned to whatever medium carries
telepathic waves. This class, of course, is very important for
study, even though they are false victims. In this class, some have
become actual victims, when those engaged in such activities, become
aware they can "hear" them, or even "speak" to them telepathically.
That is, when they become aware, someone has crashed their net, and
is listening in, even "talking" back.
The military, police, and social control advantages of having
teams, in telepathic communication with eachother, are obvious. The
advantages of forming collective brains, of interdisiplinary teams
of scientists, are also obvious. As are the advantages to any power
which could read telepathic waves, such as those emanating from the
brains of scientists, or rivals of any sort. Could not such
experiments, eventually lead, to a defacto "NWO" as those linking to
eachother, got inextricably tangled into group organims, so
developed a common will, even a common consciousness? With such
advantages, coupled by the advantage of global unity, their power,
becomes obvious.
The symptoms, as reported on the net, which I have studied,
have greatly aided me to have better understanding of the motives,
and methods, involved in these crimes, and the results. Not all
scientists are evil, or irresponsible, at UC Berkeley for example,
there are many advanced scientists, who are for human liberty, some,
are even aware of such illegal experiments, as conducted by their
peers, often peers known to them personally. I am known to such
scietnists, but as I am not a reservation (university) scientists,
but instead a field scientist and guerilla scientist, I keep some
distance from my peers, so as to not endanger them with my
activities.
Reading what appears on the net, about remote torture and mind
control in America, to the well trained rational scientific mind,
makes no sense at all. Collective hysteria and insantity, with
possibly a valid case or two. However, with deeper study, and deeper
understanding, patterns begin to emerge, as as many as 80% of all
reported cases, begin to make sense, in the context of illegal
experimentation not so much in mind control, as iin the development,
of social collectives (social organisms), for military, and other,
applications.
However, many of these cases, it appears to me, represent
proliferations of illegal technology, to criminals, by theft, sale,
imitation, seperate development etc.. And other cases, in my
opinion, are clearly infectious in nature. That is, the victims,
have been infected some way, as a result of illegal experimentation,
without anyone (any person), doing anything to them, intentionally.
How many on this list, or on any other related list, have any
clear understanding of social organisms, function, their biology,
thoughts etc., evolutionary pathways or even what it means? How many
scientists now have much understanding in this area? What is a
social organism? It is more than one individual, in communication
some way with other individuals, and they are behaving collectively
as an organism behaves. Miller, and other early social organism
theorists, like myself, had special interest in social insects. Even
in the 1930's, it was proposed, social insects had a single mind in
each "hive" or "hill". This is largely the basis, of the projection
of this same theory into humans, of the notion of social organisms
in humans. That human communications, even without brain to brain
direct links, carry as much or more data, than communications
between social insects, or communications between the neurons in the
brain. This is a little tricky conceptually, but many can grasp it.
Think of neurons, being like people, talking to eachother, and
forming a social organism, by their interaction with eachother.
When did this theory publicly emerge in science? In the
1930's, the theory was published by Dr. Ludwick Fleck, later a nazi
slave scientist (who developed the typhus vaccine for the nazis,
giving them much military advantage, he was a jew). A high ranking
former nazi officer once told me "Hitler did not hate ALL jews". The
man knew Hitler personally once, though not well, as a young man.
The nazis, understood social organism theory, made military
application of it, and nearly, conquered the World with the
resulting artificial social organism they created. Freinds of Dr.
Ludwick Fleck remarked during thje nazi period (this is recorded),
that it was ironic, his theory, was proven true so quickly. Or, was
it really a coincidence, that his theory was used, for military
application, so quickly? I have good reasons to think, that Hitler
was not the only father of nazism, unwittingly, Dr. Ludwick Fleck,
was another father of nazism, his own creation, later enslaving him,
he survived the war. Dr. Ludwick Fleck, a tragic figure, is the
founder, and father, of our science. Thus our science, traces its
roots, to the 1930's, and was a key factor, in shaping the modern
World, as we know it today.
Later, Dr. Miller, published theories of sociobiology, and
was credited with being the first to publish social organism theory,
in the late 1970's. In 1996, through my father, I informed social
organism theorists, such as at Berkeley, that Dr. Ludwick Fleck, had
priority in publishing the theory, which they acknowledged upon
checking the reference4 provided by me. My father independently
developed social organism theory, and taught me in his theories, in
the 1960's and 1970's. In a period when he was a military scientist,
and it seemed to me, encouraged even to work on his own theories,
while at his work, all of which he reported to his suprevisors. In
my opinion, like Dr. Ludwick Fleck, my father, became a slave, to
creatures he had a hand in inventing, as I very nearly did, in his
footsteps. Including implants.
My father nearly died of a brain stem stroke, on the same
day, as his brother had surgery, and his brothers daughters husband
had a brain stem stroke, which proved fatal. Coincidence? Perhaps,
but if you, like me, become a social organism theorist, you may
observe, many such coincidences, so much so, they will go to
statistical certainty, that they are not mere coincidences, in all
cases. In neural networks, which are life forms, they can act over
distance, at the same moment, by their own seperate agendas, or they
can act over time and distance, in a coordinated fashion, entirely
incomprehensible to ordinary unaltered uninfected humans not linked
to such networks, or not aware they even exist. Humans even
carefully trained, by social organisms, to not believe, in their own
Gods.
Certainly, there were secret US programs, coming out of nazi
programs, inspired by the theory of Dr. Ludwick Fleck (about which
the nazis were well aware, even if free American scientists were
not, in this field, until I informed them in 1996 of this
publication of the doctrine (theory)), from the 1950's until today.
That is, by my largely hidden peers, in this area of study. And it
appears to me, they have been engaging in illegal experiments, upon
humans, in developing their theories, and finding military and other
applications for them. This might even have inspired them, in 1982,
to attempt to make me a captive scientist, much as Dr. Ludwick Fleck
himself was, for the nazis, and as many Soviet scientists were in
the period (1982).
So what can happen, when the telepathic centers of the brain,
are identified, and activated, by implants, electromagnetic
radiation, target specific pharmaceutical agents etc.? Even linked
to other telepathic centers, macine or human, by neural transmitters
or other technology? It appears, while I have been working
diligently, without the benefit of criminal experiments, my peers
have been working diligently as well, with the benefit of criminal
experiments, and with the benefit of a largely intact secret nazi
programs in this area. Even a few intact nazi social organism
theorists, to found their school of thought, which is quite seperate
from the school of social organism theory, I have founded. And I
have grave concerns, that many of my peers, are now, like Dr.
Ludwick Fleck under the nazis, slave scientists. Slaves of the
state? Some, in these programs, may well imagine they are
our "state". I propose, in fact, theya re slaves, of their own
illegal creations, which have infected them, and placed them under
their control. And it seems while I have learned much, they have
learned much also, as I am more and more, learning, from the nature
of their illegal experiments, and the results of them.
Why do they not simply kill me, or some way neturalise me,
to silence me? A very interesting point, which reveals much, about
the nature of, the organism(s), which are slowlty spreading their
mycelial webs, to dominate their human and human machine medium of
existance. A human military intellgence group, would silence me,
under such circumstances, you can all be sure of that, if you know
much about it, and the sort of threat, I am posing, to any human
organisation now, if it existed, and was of the nature I am
describing. A major breach of security, which by military protocal,
would be stopped, by any means required.
We are not facing an human entity here, I am certain of this
already. In the context of my science, I can prove it. Just as I
could in 1982, when my research was disrupted, by illegal attempts
to make me a slave scientist / operative. It is no coincidence, that
jsut when I discovered social organisms existed, and how to show
them, and began to report my results to scientists, I was silenced,
for years, not enslaved as intended, but driven underground. Leaving
College (as an A- student in hard science, the - not coming from
science courses), often in a miserable state, barely surviving even.
Why should I go public now, it would seem, for anyone who
understands my position, at grave risk to my own life and security?
If my allegations are correct, my reasons should be self evident.
By linking humans together with other humans, and to super
computers, new previously unknown (except in theory) types of
organisms are being created. But unlike in biological warfare
experiments, without the benefit of careful containment, against
biohazards. As a social organism theorist, I can assure IPCUSA
readers, these new social organisms, can be highly dangerous, if
released, or escaping, into the general public, which I believe, has
in fact happened already. In my specialty, they are biological
organisms, only they exist only in the medium of thought,
electromagnetic radiation, and any place they can encode themselves,
which would include inside of computers. They are subject to
biological rules, not so much different thant he rules organic
organisms operate under (as Dr. Miller pointed out), but as I know,
but which has not been published, there are some differences in the
rules they operate under, compared to us organic based organisms,
which they are now using as hosts to procreate, evolve, and follow
their own quite sepeate agendas, from those agendas of the
incompetent criminal scientists who created them, and accidently, or
I hate to think, intentionally, released them into human and
computer populations. My peers, among ethical scientists in my areas
of research, would mostly be greatly alarmed, if they thought any
social organisms wwere being created by such illegal experiments,
because of the high risk of release, into the general population.
I now understand more, about the nature of the infection, which
I have fought, for some 22 years now, and not succumbed yet, to its
full control. I am afraid, few humans who are not social organism
scientists, will be able to as effectively resist such an infection,
as I have, if they are seen as potential assets, by that infection,
if enslaved. Scientists, by the propaganda of the US in the 1950's,
were painted as weak, lacking even average ability in martial
things. This bias, may have made the tethers placed in me, be set to
low, for a warrior, at least, ready to sacrifice himself, for his
people, his species, his biosphere, his World. But what of my peers,
who are nto safe in their associations with some major university?
Food, for the web. I know, few, of them, can withstand, the
pressures I have withstood. I do not blame them, it may not even be
rational, to endure such pressures, and remain autonomous, for what?
To yield, is to pretty much, have anything, you ask for. To resist,
is the house of pain, trial and tribulation, of biblical
proportions.
For those infected humans who have little to offer such
organisms, it will not be an issue of control, though they might
display an array of symptoms, due to the infection. Some will feel
nothing they will notice, but the symptoms will be diverse,
depending upon the strain, and the "agenda" of the invader, and the
type of host it is invading.
Social organisms, are also warfare agents in themselves.
They can be engineered, to injure say communists, of fundamnentalist
christians, while leaving say, fascists, or corporate elites, or
factory workers, relatively untouched. They can be targetr specific,
for humans, unlike biological of biochemical warfare agents.
If anyone has intentionally engaged in such warfare, and this
was begun intentionally, they were entirely incompetent, and they
have brought a grave danger, of loss of autonomy, upon us all.
Anyone who has accidently released such social organism agents into
human populations, was equally, completely incompetent, and lacks
even the basic basic understanding, of advanced social organism
theory.
The equivalent of what has happened, to use an analogy
(biological, which is how beginning students are taught, with
biological analogies, but keep in mind, these are organisms, but
their biology is vastly different than ours), is some power, has
been doing biological warfare experiments. Not in glove boxes, not
in underground facilities, but above ground, in uncontained
experimental settings, illegally, on often unwilling / uninformed
human subjects (in the style of the US army in the 1950's,
completely irresponsible and amoral, not answering to law or
religion). Without any regard to the fact, that these artificially
created social organisms, pose a grave "mental health"
and "autonomy" risk, to all humans, once released into the
population. That is, these criminal "scientists", appear to have
been unaware, that social organisms, can procreate, escape from the
mind of one human into another human mind (even animal or machine
mind), evolve, develop their own biological type agendas etc.. Or
might they have been insane nazis, bent upon destruction of the
powers which destroyed their social order? Maybe even, in the hope,
that they might pick up some of the pieces afterwards, and rebuild?
About as smart as using someone you have conquered, to guard your
most deadly arsenals.
Some ten years ago, I discussed such issues with US army
intellgence. They were well aware of them, and most concerned, and
well aware, of the advanced nature of my own (legal and
responsible), research in these areas. They gave an apology, even
offered me compensation, and said the files had been shredded to
avoid criminal prosecutions, that was the last I heard from them. I
have also discussed these issues with KGB officers and KGB research
scientists.
I believe, that the USSR, was conquered, via the use of
social organism weapons, engineered to attack them specifically, and
released into the Soviet population. Not only an illegal act of war,
but an act of insanity, a crime against humanity, and an act of
gross scientific incompetence and negligence. I have studied,
closely, the effects, on the Soviets, of these agents. And now, I am
studying the spread of these very same social organism agents, now
evolved and mutated, in US populations, as well as in the PRC, and
other places.
This is not such complex theory. Many laymen readers of this
list, already have the basic conceptual tools, to understand, what I
am implying here, in a fundamental sense. Networks, which become
organisms, and are programable, or can develop their own agendas,
via evolutionary pathways, in human and computer mediums.
Soviet research scientists, pathetically asked me what they
should do. What could I tell them, when I did not even have a basic
grasp of what was afflicting their society in such a bizarre fashion
(and I mean bizarre, I have myself witnessed bizarre behaviour in
high ranking Soviet personell, KGB, embassy staff etc.).
This is NOT a contagious mental disease we are seeing. It is a
contagian, of quite another nature. It maybe was designed as a
secret warfare agent, or maybe was released accidently, or maybe
even drifted in from space, or was here even before we had such
science, and has now mutated, maybe it is even demonic "possession",
I simply can not be sure. I can not surmise for certain, its
origins, or how it was spread early on (even though I can track it
right back to its origins, even who was involved, for particular
strains now). But I do have a general idea of its "biology", how it
spreads, and a rough idea of what we can expect from it. What can we
expect?
If you have cows, do you want a few thin cows, or a lot of fat
cows? If you are a social organism, which exists only via humans and
their machines, do you want a lot of humans, making a lot of such
machines, or a few humans, with no or few machines engaged in WW
III? Do you want destructive wars, with the heavy use of WMD's, or
maybe just a few wars, to draw attention away from your presence,
your agendas?
These are organisms. They seek to survive, to grow, to
procreate, to protect the mediums they feed upon, from which they
derive their very existance, that is, you and me, comrades. Call
them what you like, it does not change what they are. We are not
alone. Not any more.

Would you ask someone who was shot with a shotgun what
their "symptoms" were or would you feel that might sound like you
don't believe them? These are weapons. They are firing damaging
Electromagnetic Frequencies which allow total strangers to invade
your privacy, your person, etc. This is "TOP SECRET" info and
therefore not common knowledge but real and true as any other
weapon. Since they use "waves" instead of "bullets" this can't be
seen. It can still be detected if anyone wanted to know for sure
if
it was happening. No need to ask about "symptoms".
