Since then, the evidence that quantum physics is necessary to describe living systems and water has steadily accumulated. In 1982, I was asked if I could help with the diagnosis and treatment of electrically sensitive patients? This work continues1. I have seen a few persons completely incompatible with modern technology but many more who are disabled to a greater or lesser extent by their electromagnetic environment, usually these persons are also very chemically sensitive. The test I use for these patients and which I propose to any biologists prepared to listen, is to see if the living system is affected by the field near a toroidal coil. This contains the B magnetic field component within the torus but, it is surrounded by the vector potential component A. This quantity comes into the Hamiltonian from which the wave function describing the motion of a charged particle in an electromagnetic field is derived. One biologist who tried this experiment wrote, “…The results with the toroidal coil are quite tantalizing…”. One of my retirement activities has been to investigate dowsing as a scientific instrument. I had noticed that many devices aimed at reducing electromagnetic stress used the frequency 7.8 Hz. Investigation showed that this frequency occurs naturally (endogenous) on the heart chakra as used in Indian medicine and on the heart meridian as used in classical Chinese acupuncture. Following this lead, I have been able to map out all the frequencies endogenous to the chakras and the acupuncture meridians1 - both Chinese classical meridians and electroacupuncture meridians as used by Dr. Voll. These frequencies extend from 10-4 Hz to 10+11 Hz. Only in the kilohertz region can they be measured with objective instrumentation2. Frequency then appears as a formal link between acupuncture and homoeopathy. Exogenous (environmental) frequencies can entrain or synchronise nearby endogenous frequencies, the result may be either stressful or therapeutic. Near to a mobile, entrainment of its frequencies usually only persists while the phone is switched-on, and soon relaxes after it is turned-off. However, these frequencies can be imprinted into water by the classical methods of homoeopathic ‘potentisation’. They also can be imprinted by other methods1,3, one of which requires a train of at least 7-unidirectional voltage pulses. These are adequately provided when the dialing code goes out from a mobile phone and will potentise or imprint its frequencies into any water or body tissue within 3 cm of the case. Such an imprint in my hand took about Н hour to decay, I shall not try to imprint my head! The Table below lists the frequencies imprinted from this mobile, their likely function in the mobile and the meridians/chakras stressed. Chemicals with traces of water have a pattern of characteristic frequencies which can be similarly measured but unlike water imprints these cannot be erased. Reference to my 1995 measurements of a reference collection of environmental toxins made at the laboratories of AccuChem, Dallas TX, showed that 6/9 of the frequencies of endosulfan sulfate matched 6/11 of the frequencies imprinted by this mobile. These six paired-values gave a correlation-coefficient 0.9996152. The expectation is that 36% of symptoms triggered by this mobile would resemble those of endosulfan sulfate and the rest relate to the stressed meridians. Endosulfan is an insecticide, acaricide for use on crops. It is Toxicity Class I (tech.) and is a central nervous system stimulant with no specific antidote4. On the basis of the theory of “proving” homoeopathic remedies, I would expect the mobile’s imprint in a healthy body to mimic the CNS symptoms of endosulfan and that chronic exposure or imprinting would result in body adaptation until the “proving” symptoms become indistinguishable from a disease state. If bio-effects can be produced with a toroid, then radiated power densities and absorption (SAR) by the body are irrelevant. It is the frequency pattern that matters. If this pattern can be imprinted into water, it will propagate throughout body tissues as coherence at about 6 metres/second. There can be interactions at frequencies in the ratio 5з107, this being the ratio of the velocity of light (300Mm/s) to the coherence velocity (6 m/s). Note that the two frequencies stressing the Manipura chakra (see Table) are in the ratio 5.6з107. This is just a consequence of coherence. Within a coherent system, frequency becomes proportional to velocity at constant coherence length. For example, chemical spectra in the far-infra-red can give chemical structure related effects in the ELF. Remember that without the duality between chemical structure and frequency – spectroscopic analysis would be impossible! Coherence just brings it into the technological part of the spectrum. The alternating vector potential cannot be shielded but being a wave phenomenon it can be cancelled by another signal 180К different in phase. Placing two tubes of water with anti-phase imprints one on each side of this mobile seems to prevent imprinting during dial-up.
